Even though Vonn's not out in Sochi on the slopes, we'd do anything for her fit figure. Thankfully, she shared her flat-abs secret. Do 3 sets of 10 reps of this toner to score abs that look great in a tight ski suit (or anywhere).
Beginner: Stand with feet wide, knees soft. Toss a 6-pound medicine ball back and forth to a partner 4 to 6 feet away.

Intermediate: Same as above, but stand on a BOSU.
