Who's Getting Hitched? Kate Middleton and Prince William
After watching an eight-year romance blossom, the world is ready for the wedding of the century.
Her Style: Classic, tailored, chic. Kate often sticks to basics and then adds something fun, like an oversize fascinator, to complete her look.
Their Wedding: Though Kate's known for being a bargain shopper, we're guessing the young royal couple won't spare any expense when it comes to this wedding. Look for over-the-top grandeur for the ceremony and the processional from Westminster Abbey. As for the reception? Though we likely won't get to see it, we're thinking a seven-course meal, a cake with several tiers, and splashes of gold and red throughout the elegant decor.

    • Paul McCartney to Sing at Royal Wedding?

10 songs the Beatles legend should -- and shouldn't -- sing.

Prince William and Kate Middleton have reportedly asked Sir Paul McCartney to sing at their wedding reception. And while we couldn't think of anyone better to perform for the royal couple's wedding day, we do have a few song suggestions for the royal wedding "play" and "do-not-play" song list.

5 Songs Sir McCartney Should Sing

      "Maybe I'm Amazed"

Some say it's McCartney's most romantic love song, and with lyrics like "Maybe I'm amazed at the way you love me all the time" and "Maybe I'm amazed at the way I really need you," we think it would add to a meaningful evening.

      "Love Me Do"

Simple, sweet, and catchy -- we think this one would even have the queen bopping in her chair.

      "And I Love Her"

It's another memorable Beatles number that McCartney sang lead on -- and the lyrics, "And if you saw my love, You'd love her too," definitely make us think of Kate.

    • The Best (and Worst!) Celebrity Weddings of 2010

Chelsea, Alicia, Hilary, Megan, Katy -- there were tons of celebrity brides this year and just as many unique styles to go with them. Here, WeddingChannel.com dishes on the best (and worst!) of the most notorious celeb weddings of 2010.

      Best: Chelsea Clinton's Wedding

From the location to the flowers, the cake to her unforgettable Vera Wang dress, Chelsea Clinton's wedding to Marc Mezvinsky lived up to all of the hype. The late July wedding held in Rhinebeck, New York, included around 400 guests and yet somehow managed to still seem intimate and family-focused. We give extra props to Chelsea for handling the constant press attention with total grace: The family released five photos and a statement after the wedding, ending all speculation and quelling our curiosity.

      Worst: Hilary Duff's Wedding

There's "over-the-top" and then there's Hilary Duff's wedding to hockey star and Canadian millionaire heir Mike Comrie. The

    • My Big Friggin' Wedding: Good Fun or Making Fun?

The newest Jersey reality TV show follows five couples as they plan the most over-the-top nuptials you can imagine -- complete with smoke machines, surprise pregnancies and, of course, enough tanning to make the American Cancer Society cringe. But does My Big Friggin' Wedding go too far? WeddingChannel.com asks what the big friggin' joke is all about.

      By Amy Eisinger for WeddingChannel.com

      The Big Idea

It's no surprise that the show was cocreated by SallyAnn Salsano, who also did Jersey Shore. And the show's couples have plenty of similarities to their Jersey Shore originals. One couple, Alyssa and Tyler, are party animals with a 3-year-old who are trying to sober up long enough to say "I do" (remind you of the nonstop boozing antics of Snooki and JWoww?), while another bride-to-be, Megin, just wishes her fiance would drop the title "Meatball King of New Jersey" (it's like when "The Situation" refuses to go by his real name, Mike).

    • Celebrity Wedding Ideas You Should Steal

The summer of celebrity weddings brought us loads of glamorous style -- and jaw-dropping budgets to match. Lucky for you, WeddingChannel.com has rounded up the best (budget-friendly!) Hollywood ideas to make your wedding day stand out.

      Chelsea Clinton's Wedding

Celeb Style: Just about everything at Chelsea Clinton's wedding was over the top, and the cake was no exception. Experts say the vegan wedding cake from La Tulipe Desserts was nine tiers, 500 pounds and cost between $10,000 and $12,000.

The Steal: If you're looking for a stellar cake without the sky-high price, ask your baker about faking the top layers. Rather than ordering an entirely real cake, ask your baker whether they can build in a few fake layers. The bottom layer (where you'll cut the cake) can be deliciously authentic, while the top layers will be made of Styrofoam covered in frosting. Backstage, your cake baker will have less expensive sheet cakes ready to slice up

Thinking about the wedding so much it's invading your sleep? You're not alone. In fact, your wedding dreams can reveal a lot about your subconscious feelings as the big day draws near. We consulted with expert dream psychologist and lecturer at the University of California at Santa Cruz, Dr. Veronica Tonay, to reveal the true meanings behind the five most common wedding dreams -- and nightmares!

      By WeddingChannel.com

Dream #1: It's the day of the wedding and you can't find your wedding dress -- or any other clothes -- so you show up to the altar naked!

Veronica says: Often, nakedness represents the feeling of being emotionally exposed. In these dreams, no one else notices or cares that you are naked. Clothing often represents our persona or social role -- the mask we all show to the world. After all, getting married and taking on a new role is a normal insecurity many brides feel.

      Under Lock and Key
"My husband was having stomach issues on our cruise. We made the mistake of going to the cruise ship's medical facilities, and they ended up confining him to our room for 24 hours! We were just about to dock in Curacao, and my husband was stuck in his room -- and not allowed to tour the island. We were really upset because we had an excursion planned, but made the best of it by renting free movies and ordering as much room service as possible." -- tiffbabey
