Sandra Lee, whose name is squished next to Sara Lee in our cerebral cortex, is known by some as a hero of quick cooking and by others as Lady Macbeth in the movement toward fresher foods. Whatever your affiliation in the Sandra debate, you have to admit that she's come a long way from her difficult upbringing in Sumner, Washington. These days she has two hit shows on the Food Network, a magazine, 23 books, and a boyfriend known to everyone else as the Governor of New York.
Right now she's also promoting Jose Cuervo Authentic Light Margarita and Zero Calorie Mix, because, she told us, "They subtract the calories but definitely not the taste." We went on to ask her five more questions about what she eats, cooks, and thinks.
