According to the National Sleep Foundation, 20% of Americans get less than 6 hours of sleep a night. Are you tired all the time? How much quality sleep are you really getting?

Alanna suffers from Kleine-LevinSyndrome, a sleep disorder which results in regular "episodes" that cause Alanna to behave and communicate as though she's awake, even though she's technically in a state of sleep.
During these episodes -- which have lasted up to eight months -- Alanna displays regressive behavior, often acting childlike and temperamental. "I can 'wake up,' I can go to the bathroom, I can eat, and I can talk even, but I'm not in a right state of mind," Alanna says of the episodes. "I'm completely different than I am now."

When Alanna wakes up, she cannot remember these episodes, even when they last for long periods of time.
"It's just so difficult, because it's just not me. That's not Alanna. That's not who I am," Alanna says. "It's so sad, because I have no control over it."

Dr. Michael Breus, a world-renowned sleep specialist and author of "The Sleep Doctor's Diet Plan," joins the show to talk to Anderson, Alanna her family about how common Alanna's illness is,

Joshua, a 9-year-old who lives with a disease called eosinophilic esophagitis, is allergic to nearly all foods. Pizza, hot dogs, you name it, and Joshua likely cannot eat it, or even be allowed to taste it or smell it.

Joshua gets most of his nutrients through a formula prescribed by his doctor, and through a feeding tube in his stomach. Because of his disease, Joshua is homeschooled by his mother, and needs to live his life with extra caution.

Cara and Brant, Joshua's parents, show what a day is like in the life of a boy who cannot eat.

What would happen if Joshua did eat one of the many foods to which he's allergic? He could suffer severe pain, but there is also the possibility that he could die.

"There's not a minute that goes by that I'm not afraid," Cara says.

In a daytime exclusive interview, Anderson Cooper talks with Tracy Martin and Sybrina Fulton, parents of Trayvon Martin, an unarmed 17-year-old who was allegedly shot to death in a gated Florida community on February 26 by a white, self-appointed neighborhood watch volunteer; 28-year-old George Zimmerman.

"It's a nightmare. It's hard to sleep," says Sybrina. "Everything reminds me of him and the only thing that's fueling us to keep pressing on for justice is the fact that we know that justice will be served."



Trayvon Martin's father, Tracy, says he believes watchman George Zimmerman, who local police have declined to arrest, was out for a confrontation before killing his son.

"Zimmerman had in his mind at that point that he wasn't going to let whoever that individual was get away," says Tracy to Anderson. "That he just wanted confrontation. He was told by the dispatcher stand down, don't follow this individual, he pursued it anyway."

"What is dwarf tossing?" Anderson Cooper asks Jen Arnold and Bill Klein, stars of the hit TLC reality show, "The Little Couple."

"It's a horrible thing that some people call a sport," says Jen, "It's not a sport."

During her interview on "Anderson" (airing on Tuesday, March 20), Jen continues, "It's basically, where in a bar, if you are partaking of libations, adult beverages, a little person agrees to put a hat on them, a helmet for safety and some padding and they are thrown as far as they possibly can just because they are a little person. As you can imagine, that's not a very safe activity."
