Back in June, when I met Donna Karan, she did a lot of shoulder talk. Her gorgeous Fall collection consisted of two shoulder opposites: the structured shoulder and the cold shoulder. We've been seeing a lot of shoulder love thanks to celebrities like Victoria Beckham and Rihanna and due to designers Balmain and Marc Jacobs. And while superstars looks awesome in the regurgitated '80s silhouette, in the real world, it's a tad unwearable. That's where the cold shoulder comes in.
