We all know it's best to make our food from scratch but we also know that life can get crazy and sometimes you need some help. I recently tried a healthy brand of pre-breaded chicken breasts. They saved me from takeout twice so far! Pick up a package the next time you need a quick meal, but want to keep things healthy!

I found these Bell & Evan chicken breasts at my local Whole Foods but if you check their website you will be able to search for local retailers near you. The chicken is all natural and you get 100% breast meat which is not always the case when you buy breaded, ready-to-cook products. The ingredient list is short: chicken, water, salt, flour, cane juice, yeast and spices, so you don't have to worry about chemical preservatives or other additives. The chicken is flash fried to set the thin layer of breading but this only adds a couple of grams of fat and the fat is unsaturated.
