      No doubt about it...

      Nonstick spray - Instead of rubbing down your grillables with loads of oil to make them stick-resistant, spray the grate of your grill with nonstick spray (BEFORE you light the grill/away from any open flame; very important). This way, your food won't stick to the grill or be loaded with extra fatty calories!




      Aluminum foil
      - Got small bits of food to grill that might fall between the metal grates? Fold them up in some foil lightly misted with that nonstick spray, and cook 'em with ease! It makes cleanup a breeze, too...
