MUST-HAVES!

No doubt about it...
Nonstick spray - Instead of rubbing down your grillables with loads of oil to make them stick-resistant, spray the grate of your grill with nonstick spray (BEFORE you light the grill/away from any open flame; very important). This way, your food won't stick to the grill or be loaded with extra fatty calories!
Aluminum foil - Got small bits of food to grill that might fall between the metal grates? Fold them up in some foil lightly misted with that nonstick spray, and cook 'em with ease! It makes cleanup a breeze, too...
Low-calorie sauces - Identify a few condiments you love that don't have lots of calories per serving. For example, a BBQ sauce with under 45 calories per 2-tbsp. serving (we love Chris' & Pitt's!) and a teriyaki sauce with 20 - 25 calories per tablespoon (like the kind by Lawry's!). Then useOn the go and looking for quick food that WON'T send you into calorie overload? Check out some of Hungry Girl's latest favorites...

We couldn't be happier about these new breakfast sandwiches. They are low in carbs, contain lean protein, and have just enough cheese to make 'em taste amazing -- plus veggies (you choose!). Pick your meat (Black Forest ham, double bacon, or steak) and have it stacked with egg whites and other goodies on a light wheat English muffin. Then CHEW!

"Couples"
We love these quickie two-ingredient recipes because, frankly, they don't feel like recipes. Match a couple of items, and your treat seems twice as indulgent. Try and see!
Cake-in-a-Mug
That's right -- a super-fast personal-sized cake, just for you. Let's face it; cake tastes great warm, but you always have to WAIT until it cools to cut into it, otherwise the slices look all jagged and messed up. (We have lots of experience with that.) Be selfish. Make this mug of cake, and dig in as soon as it's ready.
Upside-Down Personal Pies
More treats that are pretty simple. The basis of any "upside-down pie" is goopy filling on the bottom and crumbly stuff on top. Try out this banana cream pie-inspired dessert, and soon you'll be whipping up your own concoctions!
