Kate Hudson must be in the nesting phase of her pregnancy. Just a few months after she and Muse front-man, Matt Bellamy,confirmed they are expecting, Kate has reportedly purchased a home in London and is now on the prowl to acquire yet another in the U.S.

X17 recently snapped photos of Kate and Matt exploring a kid-friendly home in Malibu, CA with a decidedly East Coast vibe. The estate spans 5.8 acres and includes a main house, guest house, pool, spa, pool pavilion, tennis court, playground and an equestrian corral.

The main house is 10,000 square-feet, and includes 3 floors of large living space with 5 bedrooms and 9 baths. Ocean views abound from the master suite, and the basement features a media room, playroom, gym and a craft room. It sounds like the ideal place for Kate and Matt to settle down and start raising a brood.

NFL wide receiver Terrell Owens may have left the Cowboys organization back in 2009, but only now is he making a move to disassociate himself from Dallas, TX for good. The six-time Pro Bowl selection, known for his outlandish touchdown celebrations, many of those on the Dallas Star in Cowboys Stadium, recently put his two condos in the luxury high-rise Azure (Deion Sanders is also a tenant), on the market.
