    • Tour a $50 million Hamptons house of fun

The Hamptons is an east coast celebrity summer retreat and everyone from Jerry Seinfeld to Martha Stewart call it home. This week we found the ultimate 50 million dollar Hamptons haven. Trust me when I say this place has it all!

Located in Bridgehampton New York, this mega mansion raises the bar when it comes to fully loaded havens. Walk in the front door and you'll be blown away with grand style and luxury. This house has 31 thousand square foot of living space and every inch is a jaw dropper.

Lets start with the 2-story foyer that leads to a double living room with two grand fireplaces, this space looks out onto a covered patio and 12 glorious acres. The first floor also includes a library, formal dining room also with a fireplace, his and hers offices, a movie theater, a family room, a screened-in patio and a massive fully appointed kitchen. There is a separate prep kitchen and a butler's pantry. There are so many unique things about this home, but my favorite is the lower level.

    • Rocco Dispirito's Yummy Frozen Yogurt Pops

This recipe was created for Rocco's friend Bill, who told him he couldn't get his daughter to eat fruit. He asked him what her favorite food was and the response was "ice cream." (Well, what would you say?) These pops are mostly fruit, with just a little bit of "ice cream" made from low- fat Greek yogurt and sugar substitute. But when the pureed fruit was mixed with it, she couldn't tell the difference. At just about 60 calories a pop, you can eat these all summer long.

      Serves 8

      ¾ cup fresh raspberries

      ¾ cup fresh blueberries

      ¾ cup fresh strawberries

      ¹³ cup granulated Splenda

      Two 7- ounce containers 5%

      Greek yogurt

      Pinch of salt

      1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and puree until the

mixture is smooth. Pour the mixture into 8 freezer pop molds.

Freeze for at least 4 hours and up to 2 days.

      2. Run the freezer pop molds under warm water, if necessary, to

      unmold them.

      NOW YOU CAN EAT THIS!

CHARRED BEEF BURGERS WITH BABA GHANOUSH

The Big Mac is a great burger-juicy, delicious, and an icon of American culture. So how does Rocco re- create the grandeur of the Big Mac while stripping away a lot of the fat and calories that go with it?

First replace the bun with a nutrient- rich, high- fiber sprouted- grain hamburger bun. His "special sauce" is made with charred eggplant and low- fat yogurt, and the beef is extra- lean. A little low- fat Russian dressing, which he considers to be his special sauce, gives it some zest-and all the rest is healthy on its own.

      (No cheese needed.)

      Serves 4

      1 medium eggplant

      2 tablespoons 5% Greek yogurt

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

4 Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Whole- Grain Flourless Burger Buns

      Nonfat cooking spray

12 ounces 90% lean ground beef, formed into 4 patties

½ cup "Russian Island" Dressing (page 203) or storebought reduced-fat Russian dressing

      4 slices heirloom tomato

    • Summer Grilling with Rocco Dispirito

Rocco Dispirito is one of my favorite chefs and a lot of fun around the outdoor grill. Today he's sharing some of his favorite summer grilling recipes, secrets and tips with Make Home A Haven.

Check out all the recipes in Rocco's new cookbook NOW EAT THIS! It's a mix of 150 favorite comfort foods and they're all under 350 calories each. It's a great concept for a cookbook but even better is how these recipes taste. Click to buy Rocco's new book.

      Rocco's summer grilling tips:

#1 Always marinate. It brings out the best of whatever you're grilling. Simple orange marmalade is an easy go to marinade because it has a good balance of sweet and sour.

#2 Salt food with a far and high toss for even coverage. (Watch how he does it in this episode.) If you salt your food directly over it, you'll get uneven salt patches.

#3 Pour olive oil on a cloth napkin and use it to prep and make your grill non-stick. Rocco also demonstrates this cool tip in this episode.

      #4 Rocco says

cNo piece of outdoor furniture is more essential than the lounge chair. It's where one can relax, read a book, browse the net, or temper the tan. Here is my take on the best summer loungers on land, air or water.

    • Unusual dwellings people call "home"

Make Home A Haven takes you on a tour of some unique and unusual homes. Check it out.

Let's kick things off in a small town called Olalla, Washington. This storybook cottage looks like it's right out of a fairy tale. I love the high peaked and wavy roofline. Hansel and Gretel would probably fit in here, but this place is no fantasyland, it's home to a single owner who runs it as a bed and breakfast. There are 5 stone fireplaces, custom ceilings and unique woodwork everywhere. The sprawling structure sits on 7 and ½ acres where you'll find a 1000-year-old tree that was hollowed out and turned into a tree house. If you want to pay a visit, spend a night or even book your wedding; just check out their website. http://storybookcottageinn.com/Home.html

If storybook isn't your style how does an actual tree house sound? It's really more of a tree room, a round single room structure beautifully designed by architect Tom Chudleigh. Spherical rooms hang from trees by a web of ropes that

    • Extreme Homes: The Rotating House

Make Home A Haven tours this one-of-a-kind rotating round house. Eight rooms, stunning views and sunlight everywhere. But this Wilton Connecticut home's biggest prize is its unique ability to spin with the touch of a button. It's head turning too, both inside and out.

The round shape is beautiful to look at, but this spread offers much more. I love the floor to ceiling windows that envelope you in nature and light. The core of the home and its central spiral staircase are stationary; the rest of the house spins. It takes about 48 minutes for one complete rotation, so imagine stepping off the stairs and walking directly into your bedroom one day and into your living room the next. The same variety applies to the outdoors views. Start breakfast overlooking a massive pond and finish breakfast overlooking a serene garden. The round motif continues throughout the house, from the fireplace to the limestone sink in the powder room. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. It sits on 4 acres and

    • Insider secrets on selling your home in a down market

It's yesterday's news that the real estate market has taken a beating. But this spring, market analysts see hope for those looking to sell. For the past nine months, sales have been above last year's levels. Plus, the home-buyer tax credit has helped prod sideline buyers into making a purchase. "We're expecting a surge in sales this spring," says Walter Molony of the National Association of Realtors, though he is quick to add that if the uptick in home sales is to have any legs, it must be strongly anchored to job creation.

So if you're in the position of wanting to sell your home, just how do you get it noticed in a sea of FOR SALE signs? And more importantly, how do you go from FOR SALE to SOLD as quickly as possible?

Four top real estate agents across the country divulge their insider tips on selling high in a down market.
