Lauren Conrad may be a bona fide style star and designer of two clothing lines for Kohl's but she's just like the rest of us in at least one regard: she has major fashion regrets. "I try to never look back at how I dressed in the first few seasons of Laguna Beach because it was pretty bad...head-to-toe bad," she told Lucky. During the past summer, Lauren said she caught old episodes on MTV. "I would always see it and be like, Ahh, noo! I wore these capri denim pants a lot and they were so bad."

These days, Lauren loves Kate Spade and Alice + Olivia. "I think they have fun with fashion and they're both really good with details." You may see her in either label for her next date night out. "I'll wear a black skirt or leather leggings and a white silk blouse. I skew a little nicer just to be safe, but I think black and white is always sexy, and I'll do a fun lipstick to dress it up."
What's your biggest fashion regret? What do

It's no secret that I'm a full-fledged fan of edgy, outside-the-box beauty looks, so it really shouldn't come as a surprise that I'm actually into the totally badass, I've-been-crying-my-eyes-out-for-a-whole-year look Chanel creative director of makeup Peter Philips masterminded at yesterday's Spring 2013 couture show in Paris. Good grief, that's G-O-R-G-E-O-U-S!

It looks as if black and gunmetal shadow was smeared all over the eyelid, and several jagged wings (created with liquid liner) were extended far past the outer corner and beneath the eye. From there, tulle appliques were strategically placed on top of the jagged wings, to amplify the eye and create the illusion of being 'almost an extension of the head accessories,' Philips told our friends over at Style.com.

If you follow me on Twitter, you may have seen that last night I wrote:
@NikkiOgun Just left a bra fitting at @shopjournelle and let me tell you it's life changing! Every new year should start this way!
I was not exaggerating ladies. When I was offered the opportunity to get a bra fitting with Carrie Brightman, manager of Journelle lingerie store in Soho, I hopped on it because I hadn't done so in years. And let me tell you, it was a seriously eye-opening experience. Want to know what I learned?
These are the essential bras you need:

Coca-Cola Co. is partnering with French drug manufacturer Sanofi SA to introduce a line of drinks that claim to help improve skin, strengthen hair and even help with weight loss.

The drink will be called Beautific Oenobiol and launch in pharmacies in France this fall, according to the Wall Street Journal. After that, distribution will expand. The Journal added that the mystery elixir will be made up of mineral water, fruit juice and "nutrition additives."

French pharmacies always carry the best products (they are more like drug stores with department store-level brands ) so launching in France seems like a good idea. I'm curious to try this drink and see if it makes a difference.
What do you think of a "beauty drink?" Would you give it a shot?

According to WWD, the work is called "1M3 de beaute" which translates in English to one cubic meter of beauty. If you happen to make it to the Palais de Tokyo museum in Paris before Jan. 7, you can see it for yourself.
"It's a material that is very supple, lipstick, especially in a large quantity," artist Fabrice Hyber told WWD. "The material permanently moves. It is a work that is never finished, which is always evolving. It's a living oeuvre."

I like the color (and sadly, have no trips planned to the City of Light) so I may just pick up a tube.
What do you think of the sculpture? Are you a fan of lipstick as art?

Confession: I'm a chronic over-blusher. When I'm feeling tired--which is basically every day lately--piling on the blush, especially bright blush, is the quickest way to feel like I look alive again. But I'm pretty sure I often just look blushed-up, not naturally rosy. So I'm planning to stage a little blush intervention for myself using the following believable-blush tips from celebrity makeup artist Nick Barose.
People tend to think brighter blush looks better, but that's untrue, Nick says. "Blush should look believable and not obvious, unlike eyeshadows or lip colors that can be dramatic, if that's the look you're going for. When it comes to cheek colors, stick to what works and look believable, like it's your own color coming through."
