Pizza is the perfect "man food" that works for a date-night in. It's quick, easy and delicious.
1 packet or 1/4 ounce dry active yeast
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 teaspoon sugar
4 cups flour, plus a few pinches for dusting

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a standing mixer with a hook attachment, mix yeast, water, and sugar.
Then add the flour amounts, mixing well between each addition.
When the dough is mixed well and not too sticky, use a little oil to help remove it from the bowl. Place the dough on a lightly floured surface, cover it with a dry linen towel, and let it rise for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough, shape it, and transfer it to a sheet tray or a pizza pan. Drizzle the dough with the olive oil, then spread the mozzarella evenly over the entire crust.
