Nothing makes me cringe more than seeing girls rock the chola eyebrow look. You know the one where you shave your eyebrows off just to pencil in really skinny ones? It looks, for lack of a better word, tacky. So I chatted it up with one of the best brow ladies in town, Saajida O'Quinn of The Mint Salon in New York, the woman responsible for Lala Anthony's perfect arch. The fact is, eyebrow shape goes hand in hand with your bone structure. Here's the real way to measure your eyebrows, proving that those skinny things do not go with your face!

      1. The inner corners of your brows should directly align with the outer corners of your nostrils. Use a brow pencil to measure, like the illustration above. If it doesn't line up correctly, it means you are taking too much hair off the middle and need to give it time to grow back.

      2. To determine how high your arch should be, tilt the pencil diagonally, lining the it up to

    • Ditch Mayo for Avocado in Deviled Eggs

      Krystyna ChavezBy Krystyna Chavez

Yesterday I attended a snack convention, which was a little overwhelming but I learned a lot about where the world of snacks is headed and what consumers are interested in. Basically people want to get more fruits and veggies into their diet while not compromising on taste or gaining weight...shocker. One of my favorite stands was of course Avocados from Mexico.

I personally really love avocado and grew up eating it whether in guacamole, sliced in a taco, or with huevos rancheros for breakfast. You can use it in so many ways and they are packed with nearly 20 vitamins and minerals like vitamin B, E, and K, and are only 50 calories per ounce containing "good fats" you don't have to feel guilty about.

Below is a recipe to make deviled eggs, but instead of using mayo it calls for avocado. It's just as good as regular deviled eggs just a little creamier and healthier, definitely a must-have! For more deliciousness with Avocados

    • The Best Makeup for Allergies

      Fabio Heizenreder By Danielle Gray

Just when you thought you were cleared of the allergy season, here comes a whole new set of allergens in the summer months: higher pollen counts, weeds, mold, and insect bites can bring on a steady string of reactions. Summer is supposed to be all about laying on the beach, dipping in the pool, and showing off your gams in those short-shorts-not doubled over indoors nursing a box of tissue because your eyes and nose won't stop running. So what's a girl to do when all she wants is to work on her tan and stay pretty all summer but summer allergies are throwing a monkey wrench in her game?

      Go makeup free

Use this time to show the world that you still look fabulous even without the war paint. Keep your brows groomed though to help frame that gorgeous face of yours. But if you can't do without makeup, try these four other tips.

The sun's rays can be really drying. Nourish your tips with leave-in conditioners and nourishing oils. We love Moroccanoil Hydrating Styling Cream, $33, and Kitoko Oil Treatment, $26.70, which tames frizzy hair.

      3. Keep your skin cool
To normalize the pH of your skin, go for oil based cleansers. "These dissolve dirt the fastest, including on oily skin. They also prevent pores from clogging," says Tracy Tamaris, training director for South African skincare brand Environ. We love these two products: Murad

      The "Mami "
You remember your colleagues' birthdays, jump in when they're running behind, and even volunteer to fix their slip-ups. In fact, you're so busy helping others with their work that your own projects are languishing. "It's alright to help your co-workers, but it's not okay for you to become a caretaker," explains psychologist Mildred Borras, who counsels people on personal and career matters. "If you're helping someone, make sure to set boundaries. You don't want to make this a habit because, eventually, you'll make your co-workers dependent on you and set yourself up to feel angry, resentful and victimized." Instead, Dr. Borras says, collaborate with your peers on projects and keep your volunteerism in check.

CosmopolitanCosmopolitanWe've seen celebs and our friends get trapped in those on-again off-again romances, but when do you know for sure that it really needs to be over? Relationship coach Teagin Maddox told us the deal on how to decide whether it's worth picking up the pieces or not.

      By Ariel Nagi

      1. You Keep Looking For More Evidence
If you're spending your relationship feeling insecure a majority of the time, that's a bad sign. First of all, you've got to trust your gut that if something constantly feels off, then it probably is. And this issue starts early on. A lot of times when we get involved with a guy we're told to look out for so-called red flags before things get too serious. The problem with this is that we usually look for obvious things, like whether he's disrespectful or a cheater, but we disregard smaller, subtle signs. "This is a trap, because we excuse the little things and tell ourselves we need more evidence, something bigger," Maddox says. We then become involved in a
