.When looking for a job in a corporate environment, those people who have visible tattoos generally decide to cover them up. It is a general approach because, anyone who has tattoos can tell you, walking into a suited-up office with a lot of ink isn't exactly a comfortable experience. Sunshine, where are you? Because frankly, it's getting a bit silly now. Judging by the (even more) sour expressions (than usual) on the London Underground, this extended winter is making us miserable, prompting even the cheeriest among us to invest in an S.A.D. lamp and extend the hibernation period.
But, even if you can't control the weather, there are a few easy ways to put a spring in your step even on the dreaded morning commute. And it starts with your diet. Research has shown that the foods we eat have an impact on mood, proving you really are what you eat. Here's the sciencey bit: "Serotonin is commonly known as a 'happy hormone' produced to control our mood, emotions, and sleep," says Zoe Copsey, managing director of Lomax Food & Nutrition Planning at Lomax Bespoke Fitness, Nutrition & Wellbeing. .There's something about this almost-warm weather that makes us long for the languid days of summer more than we have all winter. Yacht parties, fizzy drinks, life-changing love affairs with wealthy and doomed gentleman of leisure... Well. We can dream. But, at least the fizzy-drink part is doable.
In celebration of The Great Gatsby film's upcoming premiere, mixology guru Jim Meehan teamed with Moët & Chandon to craft this bubbly blend - The Moët Imperial Gatsby. A twist on the classic Champagne Cocktail (a roaring-twenties favorite), this drink adds green chartreuse and a twist of lime in reference to the characters' preferred spirit, and that ever-present green light, illuminating their garden parties.

Her, and Beyoncé. Queen B showed off her still-there ring in her H&M ads, leading us to speculate - is this trend on its way back? Fashionista, for one, has noticed a number of other recent iterations of the

We all know that 3 p.m.-on-a-workday feeling: your eyelids start drooping, your computer screen gets blurry, and the floor beneath your desk looks like the perfect place to curl up for a nap. As it turns out, there's a scientific reason for your slumping shoulders: "Between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m., a drop in body temperature naturally occurs in most people, which releases melatonin, a hormone that makes you feel sleepy," says Dr. Michael Breus, sleep expert and author of The Sleep Doctor's Diet Plan.
