How to kick your caffeine habitIf you can't get through the morning with at least a couple of cups of coffee, well, we need to talk. You might be a caffeine addict. Yes, coffee is delicious, but getting into an unhealthy cycle of caffeine consumption in order to get through your day isn't such a good idea. It's bad to dependent on anything, after all. And too much caffeine can make you feel irritable and generally out of sorts.
