Amanda Bynes It's no secret that it's been an incredibly strange year for former Nickelodeon star Amanda Bynes. The 27-year-old actress, who stated that she is a "retired millionaire," has spent the past few months living in a hotel in Times Square and threatening to sue media outlets who question her sanity. She's also been wearing a lot of wigs-and now she's explained why.

In a tweet directed at the folks at E!, Bynes wrote: "I had to shave my head because of hair damage from someone @John Barrett so I'm not loving my paparazzi pics for a few years! I have extensions but you can see them! Loving your shows but suing you for spreading lies about me on your website! Thanks for being my fan!"

This isn't the first time Bynes has spoken out against the swanky John Barrett Salon. In another tweet that's since been deleted, she mentioned that they badly bleached her hair causing a great deal of damage.

Miranda Kerr Say it ain't so!
One of our favorite Victoria's Secret Angels, Miranda Kerr, will reportedly no longer be associated with the lingerie giant. According to Us Weekly, the 30-year-old Australian model has a "difficult reputation" and isn't a big seller for the brand like fellow Angels Candice Swanepoel and Alessandra Ambrosio.

Although her three-year contract isn't being renewed, the brand will still work with Kerr this year, as the brand's chief marketing officer, Ed Razek, stated that she'll still be walking in the 2013 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show-ultimate showcase for all Angels.

We can't help but wonder if Kerr's position as a noted animal rights activist who has spoken out about the dangers of certain chemicals had anything to do with it, especially given the fact that Victoria's Secret has a less-than-stellar reputation when it comes to using toxic chemicals.

As a brand, you can spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on marketing your products to the masses through commercials and advertisements, but there's really nothing as powerful as, well, star power. She's Pregnant! Today brings some happy news for Halle Berry: TMZ reports that the stunning 46-year-old actress known for her closely cropped haircut and sexy red carpet style is officially pregnant with her second child. The father is of course her equally as good looking 47-year-old French fiancé Olivier Martinez.

The news comes after a turbulent week for the pair, who were swarmed with paparazzi earlier this week at LAX. Martinez lashed out at the photographers and Berry had to restrain him. This past Thanksgiving, Martinez made headlines after getting into a physical altercation with Gabriel Aubry, the model father of Nahla, Berry's 5-year-old daughter. Berry and Aubry had been involved in a heated custody battle for months that was settled shortly after the men had a fight.

Apparently, Berry is three months along-and what's more, it's a boy! Frankly, we can't wait to see this

New research findings released today by online shopping website Ebates.com reveal that more than half (51.8%) of Americans engage in retail therapy, with 63.9% of women and 39.8% of men shopping to improve their mood.

A national survey of 1,000 adults discovered that the number one item women buy when indulging in retail therapy is clothes (57.9%) and the number one item American men buy when indulging in retail therapy is food (28.1%). Other top items each gender buys includes shoes (32.4% of women), electronics (27.4% of men), and books or magazines (28.7% of women).
