Dying to know what a dog would look like with a little nip and tuck? Of course you are!
A two-year-old Chinese Shar Pei named Sesame with major crow’s feet, frown lines, and forehead wrinkles went under the knife on Monday. But the surgery wasn’t due to vanity—the poor pup was suffering from hearing and vision due to excess skin covering his eyes and ears, which prevented him from seeing clearly and caused chronic ear infections.
A Shar Pei’s main characteristic is a wrinkly coat—scientists say the cause of the creases is a genetic mutation.
The surgery was provided by the San Antonio Humane Society. "After two surgeries to remove excess skin and pin back his ears, Sesame's eyes have finally opened and he is able to see the world for the first time as an adult," a rep stated in a press release.

WWD reports that Hollywood makeup artist and ORLY founder Jeff Pink hatched the idea in the 1970s while trying to figure out the best versatile nail color for actresses.
According to his website: “The idea of the French manicure look came to me while I was starting ORLY back in 1975. Movie and television directors wanted a versatile nail style to compliment a Hollywood star’s entire onset wardrobe. They were looking for a singular look that would coordinate with the numerous wardrobe changes actresses had to make in one day. Once I started having the movie star stylists paint the nails with a white tip and a sheer, the celebrities loved it! I realized the most elegant, universal nail look is a natural nail look.”
Pink dubbed it “The Natural Nail Look” and introduced it to Paris runways
