Princess Di may not be with us but her memory as a fashion icon remains eternal. On Tuesday morning, 10 of the Princess' most fabulous dresses were auctioned off at Kerry Taylor Auctions in Bermondsey, South-East London. This wasn't the first time Diana's dresses had gone to auction-three months before her death in 1997, her son William had encouraged her to sell dozens of her dresses at a New York charity auction at Christie's but due to high prices, not many sold. This time around, the collection of dresses sold for $1,303,777.08 with the highest bid going toward that navy blue Victor Edelstein dress Princess Di danced in with John Travolta.

Loyal Dog Waits 30 Minutes for Master to Be Rescued from Freezing River
During the holidays, Vestal and her husband went to visit her in-laws in Oklahoma City and naturally Maddox came along for the ride. From Oklahoma, the family had planned a quick getaway to a resort in Dallas. The only problem? The resort didn't allow dogs so Vestal was faced with the uncomfortable dilemma of leaving Maddox behind with a friend of the family, a fellow dog owner for several nights. "I really didn't want to leave him even for a night and had this weird, awful feeling in the pit of my stomach," says Vestal. If food weren't so damn tasty, eating would really be a waste of time. Think about it: The planning, shopping, money spent, electricity bills to keep the refrigerator running, emotional binges, endless debating over low-fat versus gluten-free versus macrobiotic. It's enough to put a girl off her dinner. Read More »from Who Wants Dinner? Not This Guy
Rob Rhinehart, 24, a software engineer from Atlanta can relate. His solution? He simply stopped eating. For the past six weeks, he's existed on an odorless, beige cocktail he invented called Soylent which apparently contains all the nutrients one needs for the day, but just a third of the calories and none of the hormones and toxins.
Rhinehart told Vice.com that his new diet was a result of his desire to be as resourceful as possible. "I also had an incentive to live as cheaply as possible, and I yearned for the productivity benefit of being healthy. I'd been reading a lot of books on biology, and I started to think that it's probably all the same to our cells whether it gets nutrients

Austin, Texas-based YouTube star Jon Cozart, 20, was curious so he wrote a tune about those notorious happy endings called "After Ever After" and sung it acapella-style in a video he shot himself. "Disney movies all end with the characters getting everything they desire so I wanted to put them in real-life scenarios to see what their lives would look like," Cozart told Shine.

A clothing store in Sweden is being hailed by women around the world after a photo of two surprisingly curvy mannequins were photographed and posted online.
More on Yahoo! Shine: Are These Plus-Size Mannequins Progressive or Just Weird?
Dressed in skimpy lingerie, the mannequins displayed softer stomachs, fuller thighs and generally more realistic proportions than the traditional department store models. For comparison, most mannequins in the U.S. are between a svelte size 4 or 6—a departure from the average American woman who is a size 14.

Kim Kardashian's doctor advised her to take it easy after she became ill on a flight home from Paris last week, but she's going to look damn good while doing it.
The reality star was recently spotted pumping gas into her Mercedes G-Wagon in Los Angeles on Monday wearing a tight, black Kardashian Kollection mini dress and open-toed Louboutin stilettos. The sexy look was classic Kim, one that's been a mainstay throughout her four-month pregnancy.
There will be no elastic waistbands, leggings, or flouncy tops for Kardashian. For most of her pregnancy, she's worn black, netted clingy gowns, sheer bra-bearing tops, lace LBDs, and army green peplum pants. She's even rocked nothing but a bed sheet in Du Jour magazine.
Her fashion choices are debatable but one thing is clear: Kim Kardashian won't wear maternity clothes—no big surprise considering how active she's been, jetting to business meetings, hopping international flights to fashion week, and treating herself to blood facials.

Flash mobs are usually staged as silly bursts of entertainment but the one that erupted outside security at Will Rogers World Airport in Oklahoma City on Monday night had a very romantic purpose.
Brittany Jones organized the event to propose to her boyfriend, Austin Spitler, who had been on a church mission trip for two years. The couple had only been able to communicate by letter or email for the duration of his time away.

As Spitler exited the security area, he was greeted by a large group of people led by Jones doing a choreographed dance to "Do You Love Me (Now That I Can Dance)" by The Contours. The dancers then grooved to Bruno Mars' "Marry You" while Jones stepped forward. “I’ve waited two long years for you. I’d wait an eternity to have you as my husband. Will you marry me?” she said, before getting down on one knee.
