Aaaah! It's almost Thanksgiving!

This time of year manages to sneak up on me every time and I always manage to find myself running around like a mad woman! LOL. So before my rat race begins I wanted to leave you ladies with some info on the sweet charity program AHAlife.com is hosting to help underprivileged children. I also wanted to share with you the great Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale my peeps over at Bluefly are having.

This organization helps students in underprivileged areas get the help they need to graduate high school. Winter season could spell dryer skin and it's important to make sure we're updating our beauty regimens to keep it properly moisturized. Though it never feels like real winter down in here, I do suffer from dry skin so I was anxious to review these three body washes from SoftSoap. All three promise to keep your skin nourished and hydrated. Skin moisturizing does start in the shower and as a girl who swears by body wash, I do have high expectations!

Body Butter Mega Moisture Heavenly Vanilla

Just the fact it had body butter in the name, I used this one first! Let me tell you, it didn't disappoint! The formula is rich and thick, giving you such an awesome lather. The vanilla scent is heavenly and after a week of use, I realized my skin wasn't as dry as it normally was after the shower. Out of the three this was my absolute favorite!

Black Orchid & Velvet Hibiscus

The formula in this one is enriched with hibiscus extract, a natural skin condition

Today's installment of Plus Size Fashion Spotlight features a very well known brand: Torrid . With celebrity fans such as model Whitney Thompson and actress Queen Latifah, this brand has established itself as one of the leading plus size retailers. I know I've heard the name mentioned on several occasions in reader's comments when I talked about Plus Size Fashion, so I definitely had to include them in a spotlight! Their sizes range from 12 to 26 and the prices are reasonable! Their clothes are also on trend and I love how trendy they are.

My favs from these picks? The Grey Feather Top and the Navy Dark Denim. I'm a sucker for trendy, yet comfortable clothes and I would rock these in a second!

Even when I'm having a completely lazy makeup, mascara is always a must! If you have the right one, it's an instant eye opener, making you look awake and refreshed (even when the rest of you isn't!). After trying mascara's like Lashblast and even the Super Extend Mascara from Avon, I have a new mascara favorite - the Sonic Boost Vibrating Mascara from Avon. Now, mind you, I'm always skeptical about ultra fancy cosmetics, especially those that promise bigger lashes with a micro-vibrating brush. But after using it for about two months, I've noticed (and loved!) the instant lift and length it's gives my lashes! They look super long, applying the mascara evenly across each lash. It's also super easy to use, the brush turning on as soon as you twist the cap. The only way you know it's vibrating is by the gentle humming sound you hear. If you remember from way back when, I first told you about this when I announced that Diane Kruger was going to the face of this fragrance. Now CK Beauty has made its grand entrance this Fall.

Taking its inspiration from a lily, Calvin Klein aims to embody a woman's strength, confidence, and inner-beauty in its fragrance. Housed in this super cool and futuristic glass bottle, this eau de parfum has notes of Ambrette Seeds, Jasmine, and Cedarwood. This scent is very sophisticated, on the level of Balenciaga Paris. I can definitely see a strong and confident women wearing this, just strong enough to last all day with a slight sweet yet equally rich fragrance.
