The Chicago Sun Times has released a statement claiming Rihanna and Chris Brown are back together and living with each other. With public opinion and a roar from celebrities such as Oprah Winfrey about domestic abuse, sources are saying that Rihanna would like to keep the news of their cohabitation out of the limelight for now.
Sources have stated: "Unfortunately, Rihanna still wants him and has told all of us to 'get over yourselves. … I'm with him, so deal with it.' "
This is a sad day for women all over who have suffered at the hand of their attacker and choose to go back to the situation that put them a hospital and in the middle of a police investigation.
Why is it so easy for women to return to their attacker? Is independence so difficult that putting yourself back in a situation where violence may again stem from a heated argument or a desire to control the other is easier than walking away? Are you disappointed in Rihanna's decision to return to her attacker? Do you feel

It's been confirmed that lovebirds and costars Dev Patel and Freida Pinto from the Academy Award winner Slumdog Millionaire are dating. How cute!!?
It's been seen before in Hollywood: Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner, Jake Gyllenhaal and Reese Witherspoon, and so on and so on. Who has met their significant other while at work? Has it lasted? Was it difficult to tell others you worked with?
I just got done enjoying my morning coffee outside. Finally the weather is cooperating to my tastes. The air is promising warmth and the sky is blue without a cloud in sight. Watching as the neighbors get in their daily jogs and dog walks it made me wonder, when is your favorite part of the day?
Is it your morning coffee? Is it your lunch break during a hectic day at work? Is it coming home to your family after a day at the office? Maybe evening with your glass of wine?
What is your favorite part of the day?

Goodness, I guess Octo-mom, the unemployed mother of fourteen, doesn't have enough on her plate cooking meals, changing diapers, wiping dirty mouths and negotiating a reality TV series she is deciding on throwing a small pig and a teacup pomeranian in the mix!Read More »from User post: Octo-mom and her Circus -- A pig and a dog next? Last night I was watching CNN as I usually do, catching up with the latest news throughout the world and the US. On the Larry King Show, Larry was interviewing Levi Johnston. You must know him. He is the father of Sarah Palin's daughter, Bristol's son Tripp.Read More »from Bristol Palin is Advocating Abstinence? She has a baby!
What caught me so off gaurd was a comment that the Palin family's spokesperson gave for Bristol. She states: "Bristol is focused on going to college, raising Tripp and advocating abstinence."
Did Bristol not comment in her interview with Fox News (haha, very funny), abstinence is "not realistic at all."
Hello??? I was a teenage mother... Bristol has a child now. How can she preach abstinence when she herself has produced a life? She understands more than any other girl, abstinence isn't going to happen and look where that thinking has gotten us. She took the path of having sex without protection from babies or STD's and now is facing consequeneces from the decision not to stand up for herself and say,"Put on a condom."

On the cover of the Washingtonian Magazine is the United States of America's president Barack Obama topless.
The story is 26 Reasons to Love Living Here and #2 is our New Neighbor is Hot.
What do you think about a magazine placing the leader of the free world in a bathingsuit on the front cover? Are other leaders of the world being judged on how they look in a swimsuit or how they do their job? Are we overly concerned about how hot our President is?
Let's hear your thoughts.

After Kim Kardashian became famous with the release of a sex tape by Vivid Entertainment that showed her in compromising postions with her then male friend Ray J. and she settled for five million, Miss Kim Kardashian heard Playboy come knocking. She then posed for Playboy's December 2007 issue. Poking her breasts and her butt out for the world to see, Kim Kardashian becomes an instant hit.Read More »from User post: Selling your children off to the highest bidder -- The Kardashians
Her mother, Kris Jenner, the late wife of O.J. Simpson's defense attorney, seems to push her daughter into this type of behavior. She seems to thrive on the attention placed upon Kim as though she is living through her in some way.
I cannot stand this type of behavior. Women that thrust their breasts and booties around trying to cling on to some type of fame... for what? Why? The Kardashians remind me of The Lohans. Mother pushing daughter into situaitions that a mother has no right to ask of their child. It's like selling your child off to the highest bidder.
I worry about the youngest daughters,

Today I have nowhere I need to be. My shopping is done for the week, no movies need to be returned to the Red Box and no books are overdue at the library. The school bus takes and drops the kids off at school and the rain is coming down outside. Do I really need makeup today? Well it's on.
Do you wear makeup when you have nowhere to be?
To be truthful, I was a seventeen year old pregnant girl. I turned eighteen a couple of days after I was pregnant. I was dumb and naive about sex. I really thought I wouldn't get pregnant. I really thought there was no chance I would ever get an STD. Luckily I never did get a STD but I did get pregnant. I was a statistic just like many other young girls out there. Pregnant and alone. I never expected anything from the father of my child when it happened. I told him I would take care of it and he needn't be involved if he didn't want to be. I thought I was an adult. I would have this baby and we would be fine.Read More »from Save yourself: Safety First!
Long story short: the father of my first child is my husband today and we have two more children. At the end of September I will celebrate my 30th! I am proud to say I finished college and have my bachelor's degree. I made myself finish and I am glad I did. At this point I am fortunate I am a stay at home mother, though sometimes this job can be quite boring. Oh, let's vacuum

Sometimes I think religious fanatics will be the ruin of what life is on this planet. Watching women be pelted with stones, happening now in Afghanistan, because these women stood up and fought for what their views of what marriage should and should not be. It's just crazy. These women are protesting the law, passed last month, saying a husband can demand sex with his wife every four days unless she is ill or would be harmed by intercourse. Many believe this legalizes marital rape. It also regulates when and for what reasons a wife may leave her home alone.Read More »from User post: If I was required to perform a sex act every four days maybe I wouldn't get married!
Why the government wants to horn in on what a woman and man do in their own homes and with their own bodies is beyond me. It like those laws that are still on the books today in certain states that declare silly things such as in Virgina you can't have sex in the daytime, with the lights on, or with socks on or in Oklahoma it's illegal to perform oral sex. Now who in their right mind is going to call a citizen's arrest
