Today is the first day at my youngest daughter's swimming lessons. For a week she has asked everyday, "Is today swimming lesson?" Everyday for seven days I have answered, "No, not today." Today is the day and she sits timidly along the edge of the pool trying to wrap her little mind around the comotion of fifteen preschool children, a teacher she has never met, and the touch of warm water at her toes. As she courageously tries to overcome her fear of swimming, I watch on as an older gentleman struggles from the pool ladder wearing the "man hugger." I can understand wearing this bathing suit type if you are a training athlete but to enjoy a nice swim at the community center's pool? Spare me!

Just what the world needs, another corrupt minded individual making thousands for being an idiot. Rod Blagojevich, Illinois' ousted governor who was charged with corruption and impeached by the Illinois General Assemby has been offered a six figure book deal. Mr. Blagojevich "plans on exposing the dark side of politics that he witnessed in both the state and national level." The release date has been set for October.

Are we supposed to think this man does not have serious mental issues? The man literally tried to sell President Barack Obama's senator's seat to the highest bidder. This man is a corrupt individual who will sell his SOUL to the highest bidder. Are you planning on helping this man pull himself out of the depths of poverty he has put himself into? Are you buying this book? Why or Why not?

Everybody has a bad dress choice, or a bad hair day, or a bad skin moment. I'm sorry I have to but, this is what I do. Who should have stayed out of the photographers way this week.

I'm one lucky soul out there that has the opportunity of waking up every morning to kneck pain cause by TMJ. For those out there not lucky enough to know what TMJ stands for you should be on your knees praying to the heavens above. TMJ or in professional terms, Temporomanibular Joint Disorders, cause pain in the kneck and jaw area of your body. It sounds like a clicking, popping, or in my case a crunching sound under my ears. For years I didn't know what it was until I went to my dentist and was diagnosed with this condition.

TMJ can cause severe kneck and shoulder pain along with jaw pain. There are many causes to this condition but a few habits some of us should quit can cause it also. I'm a nail biter.

• Teeth/ Jaw Clenching
• Teeth Grinding
• Lip Biting
• Nail Biting
• Gum Chewing
• Sleeping on your jaw/ side sleeping

For now I sleep with a mouth gaurd at night and hoping that this helps the pain some. Does anyone out there also suffer from this pain and how

I'm a tad to old to have gotten hooked onto "The Hills" but I see this couple around with their super blonde hair and large white teeth, smiling all of the time. Is there someone out there who can tell me why I should care about Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt? Have they done something that the world needs to know about?

As we learn of Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green's demise, we learn they have one another's names tattooed onto their bodies. When are people going to stop inking their lover's name to their body? Can you think of a time when you should tattoo the name of your lover to your skin. We know a tattoo is forever. I have a small flower tattooed to my ankle and some days I wish it were not there but to tattoo someone's name to your body forever? Have we not learned enough from Johnny Depp's Winona Forever turned into Wino Forever? Or Angelina Jolie with Billy Bob's name scribbled onto her arm? Are they still together- No. Do you have your lover's name tattooed to your skin? If you do, have you regretted doing it? If you do not, would you ever? Why or why not?

Another celebrity couple has bit the dust. Megan Fox, one of the most beautiful up and coming actresses who has starred in "Transformers" with Shia LaBeouf and her trying-to-hold-onto-stardom-in-some-type-of-fashion ex 90210 star, Brian Austin Green, have called it quits after being engaged for two years. The couple who met in 2004 are rumored to have had a tumultuous relationship. Well, we can only hope their next relationship's are not as crazy, though it is Hollywood. The couple with the rumors of "crazy jealousy" floating from a source's lips, may have screamed their last notes of love for one another. I could bet someone lots, Miss. Megan Fox will not be without suitors lined up at her door. With her Angelina looks, I'm sure she is the newest "catch" of the town.

I just learned the two had each other's names tattooed on to their skins. Why do people continue to do this?

I have been with my husband for over eleven years now. It's hard for me to remember the last time I hung out with a guy that wasn't my husband's friend first. I think it would be a little odd to meet someone of the opposite sex and want to have coffee with, those moments are what my girlfriends are for. Do you think it would be odd to hang out or see a movie with someone of the opposite sex when you are in a relationship? Can you really just be friends with a guy when you are in a relationship with another? How would your man react? How might you react if the shoe was on the other foot?
