On my list of anti-aging concerns, whether my ears look "old" doesn't even crack the top 20. But this story about earlobe surgery in the UK's Daily Mail pointed out something I hadn't considered: Could all my years of wearing heavy, ridiculous earrings (doorknockers in the '90s, chandeliers in the 2000s) eventually cause my ears to not only sag, but in doing so, make me look older?

While doctors admit that ear jobs are not in super-high demand, they are seeing more patients interested in plumping injections to fill out lobes that thin with aging and have sagged from the weight of big earrings, and in corrective surgeries to fix drooping lobes that can result after a facelift.

These days, when it comes to earrings, I'm all about small studs or none at all, so I'm not sure that this will be an issue for me, but what of those hipster kids who have ear plugs

I can deal with my duck-like walk, my second toe that's bigger than my first, and even my slightly-too-big nose. But when it comes to my skin, I will accept nothing less than flawless.
However, while the Koreans attribute their perfect porcelain skin to an awe-inspiring 17-step skin care regimen (avoiding this food probably helps too), I for one do not have an hour each day to wash, massage, and delicately pat my skin.
So I decided to grill a few top dermatologists to find out how I can get blemish- and wrinkle-free skin in the time it takes to watch this hilarious "how to pop a pimple" video (i.e. about 5 minutes). And because I'm feeling extra nice today, I'm sharing their best tips below. If you want the full scoop, you can click here.

Let me start off by saying that I love chapstick.
I have at least 2 sticks on me at any given time.
I'm what you call an addict, I guess.
So I was super excited to get a new product from Maybelline called Baby Lips.
I got Pink Punch. Smells Great. Goes on super smooth.
But unfortunately this just wasn't the right color for me.
I can put on a little which gives my lips a nice soft pink color. But like I said before, >addict
I've been meaning to stop by the store and get the peachy colored one. I think I'll really like that shade more and have no worries globbin' it up!
The product itself is super smooth and feels great. But it does come off easily, like on drink glasses, and I find that my lips didn't stay moisutrized the whole 8 hours like the packaging suggests. Not that I really expected it to, but it did last longer than carmex or chapstick! And perhaps it came off on glasses because I'm a cake-er.
Regardless it's still worth the $4 you pay for it because it does last a

Look great in pictures with a couple beauty tricks.
Sure, the camera, lighting and the way you stand all help you look better in photos (you can read those look-sexy tips here), but your makeup can make a serious difference, too. We've rounded up the products that guarantee a great pic.

For this year's annual Christmas card photo, I decided to try Angelina Jolie's trendy cat eye look. Epic. Fail. And there's no time to do it over again, so my friends and family will be getting a lovely shot of me looking like a reject from the "Dark Knight Rises" Cat Woman auditions. The only saving grace? At least I opted not to wear this hideous sweater as well.Read More »from How to Look Hotter Than Everyone Else at Your Holiday Party
So why did the cat eye makeup look so awful? Turns out, your face shape can make or break certain looks. And on my diamond-shaped face, it made my cheeks more chipmunk than feline. To ensure this doesn't happen to you, I talked to a few professional makeup artists to get the best holiday makeup looks for your face shape (see them all here).
A huge plus: These looks will guarantee you to be the hottest one at all of your holiday parties this year. Here are a few highlights:

Some soirees require you to dance all night (preferably with an RPattz lookalike), which can result in a sweaty, messy mane. Be a bit type-A and prevent this drastic situation by trying a sleek braided updo.Read More »from Get the Look: John Barrett's Braided Headband
To create a holiday party look that is both elegant and fuss-free for keeping tresses off your face, we enlisted Kayley Pak, a braiding specialist at the John Barrett salon in NYC to give us some pointers on how to execute this stay-put hairstyle. Here are her tips.
If You Have Long Hair
1. Prep Step
Start by smoothing down any flyaways with a light hairspray, like Shu Uemura Sheer Lacquer Micro Fine Finishing Spray, and a paddle brush. Then, use a fishtail or a thin comb to create a center part, like you would for pigtails. Make sure the line is super straight and even, since this is not meant to be a messy 'do.
2. Plaited Pony
Tie an elastic around one half of your hair, and pull the other section into a ponytail that sits right under your ear. Smooth out hair with a brush,
DKNY has taken holiday glitz to a new level by teaming up with jewelry designer Martin Katz to reveal the mother of all luxe perfumes. The duo has outfitted DKNY's Golden Delicious Fragrance bottle with 2,909 globally sourced jewels (including 2,700 white diamonds, 183 yellow sapphires, and 243 canary diamonds). The perfume will be sold on the DKNY Core Club Facebook Page, and proceeds will be donated to Action Against Hunger, an international organization dedicated to feeding malnourished children. To unveil such a beautiful product, the brand called upon gorgeous supermodel Chanel Iman to pose with it at DKNY's uptown Manhattan store last night. We sat down with Iman to chat about confidence, being a Victoria's Secret Angel, and what beauty goodies she adores.Read More »from Chanel Iman Gives Us a Self-Esteem Pep Talk
