Then there are those gross veins that make fingerless gloves look like a better option every day. "We lose fat in our hands as we age, which makes those blood vessels more noticeable and makes the hands look older."
Even women who take care of their skin often neglect the skin on their hands… but that's where Dr. Sobel's tips come in handy!

As excited as we are to hit up the beach, there's definitely some grooming to be done beforehand. However, the cost of bikini waxes, pedicures, and spray tans can really add up! To help a sister out, we've rounded up a few budget-friendly beauty tips to keep you primed and polished:
1. Protect Your Polish
Extend the length of your mani/pedi by applying a pure oil directly on your cuticles and nail beds each night before you go to sleep. Try Repêchage Essential Oil of Seaweed. It's full of Vitamin E, and will prevent peeling and splitting.

Reapplying makeup and sunscreen each and every time you come out of the water is such a waste! Make the most of your products (and your time) by investing in waterproof picks. The Jane Iredale Powder-Me SPF is an all-in-one, water-resistant foundation, concealer, and sunscreen.
3. Extend Your Wax
A good bikini wax is definitely a summer must. Instead of booking a second appointment at theRead More »from 3 Ways to Spend Less on Beauty This Summer

Your Shower To-Dos
Before you even turn on the faucet, use the pads of your fingers to gently massage your scalp using a technique that mimics squeezing an orange.
