A REAL post pregnancy belly! Babble did a callout on their Facebook page for photos of postpartum bellies. Only a few people submitted them and when I asked my friends, promising their identity would remain secret, only one sent me a photo, while the others responded in all caps, "NO WAY."
You guys … if we don't show what real bellies look like then people are going to go on believing that everyone else has a nice, firm, flat tummy with no imperfections.
We all know this is a lie.

This is me 9 weeks after my second baby. I took this as a "before" photo when I started a diastasis rehab regimen.
First of all, before you start thinking, "But she doesn't have any stretch marks! Of course I would show my belly if I didn't have any stretch marks!" I say yes, I do have stretch marks. They are on my sides rather than the front. ALSO, I may have gotten off without stretch marks on my stomach but my mark of pregnancy appears on my face in the form of a bright red rash. My face is

I was loving the braid-as-headband look she was rocking. And she was just one of several celebs sporting the look that night --
Kaley Cuoco, Busy Philipps, and Renee Bargh all wore crown braids as well (you can see all of the looks here), and I honestly can't decide which of them looked best.
This is a lovely look for spring and summer, and it's actually fairly easy to do yourself, particularly if you have longer hair.
If you have shorter hair, you might just want to invest in a braided headband that closely matches the color of your own hair.
YouTube has several great tutorials on crown braids. Check them out after the jump -- then tell me in the comments if you'll try this look out!

kyra sedgwickKyra Sedgwick and her new tattoo wowed on the red carpet at of the Screen Actors Guild awards last night. The Closer star stunned in an orange Pucci dress, the cut-outs of which perfectly showed-off her fresh ink. Kyra told Giuliana Rancic of E! that her tat is a "family tattoo" -- it has the initials K, K, S, and T in a rectangle, standing for Kyra, husband Kevin Bacon, son Travis, 22, and daughter Sosie, 19.
I suppose if she was going to get inked, a tattoo that symbolizes the connectedness of her family is a sweet gesture.

It's probably better than getting just her husband's initials tattooed on her body -- that seems to be the kiss of death. One minute you're in love and want his name on your body, the next your scrambling to find an artist you can turn the word "Kevin" into a canoe floating on a sea of solitude.
You know that your children will always be a part of your life, that you'll always love them no

Find out our Valentine's crushes...Roses wilt and chocolates never last (at least in my house…I have no willpower!), but beauty products can leave you feeling pretty long after Valentine's Day!
In my quest to concoct a romantic recipe of glittery gloss, glowing skin, and starry eyes, I've been dabbing, swirling, and smoothing every product I can get my hands on. Here are some beauty treats that make me weak in the knees for Valentine's Day:
*PixiGlow: Pixi Beauty and Disney have teamed up to "re-imagine" Tinker Bell. Basically, if Tink was a beauty junkie (And let's be serious, why wouldn't she be? We already know this chick loves sparkle!), chances are these products would be on her vanity. The sweet, girly packaging brings me back to my Bonne Bell days, but the actual products are oh-so-grown up. Right now, I'm crushing on:

When hair color is good, it's rich and gorgeous-the stuff of bus-stop-advertising legend. When hair color is bad, it's a train wreck. Here's how to make sure you fall into the former category.
1. DO YOUR PREP WORK.
Split ends look even split-end-ier with highlights, so get a trim before you color. It's also best to wash your hair the night before coloring-hair that's too clean or too dirty can mess with how the color turns out. And if you're going to a salon, wear your hair as you normally do so the colorist can get an accurate sense of your style.2. KNOW YOURSELF.
Dorky as it may sound, you have to be yourself when it comes to hair color. If you're fair, don't look at Salma Hayek for inspiration. And if you're olive-tone, you will never pull off Scarlett Johansson blonde, no matter how much bleach you pour on. Pale and pinkish skin look best with blonde or light brown hair, while those who have medium or dark skin with yellow Read More »from The 10 Commandments of Gorgeous Hair Color

My worst nightmare: Getting snapped by the paparazzi while sitting on a beanbag wearing Uggs without a stitch of makeup. Then seeing the picture splashed all over blogs and tabloids. Thank god I'm not a celebrity! But a new bare face trend is popping up in Hollywood and it doesn't involve dodging cameras on a Starbucks run-celebrities are purposely showing off makeup-free faces.

Case in point: Snooki recently tweeted a picture of herself without makeup only to get rave reviews from fans. (Reason being: 1. She looks amazingly pretty underneath the loads of bronzer and strips of fake lashes, and 2. Women appreciate the honesty and the balls it to Snooki to put her real face out there.) And just yesterday, Julianne Hough was photographed leaving a concert in West Hollywood nearly makeup-free. (Reminder: She wasn't caught pumping her gas in sweats-Hough was dressed to go out and purposely kept her makeup next to none.)
