I've been on an endless quest to find tanning lotions that are easy to apply, without looking orange, blotchy, or streaky. I'm a girl that on the go; the kind of girl that literally gives herself 10 minutes in the morning to wake up and get out the door. So, with time being of the essence, this is what I've got:
Jergen's Natural Glow: $7.94, 7.5 oz, Walmart ON SALE
Very easy to apply, and virtually FOOL-PROOF. It's thicker than most other formulas so you don't have to use a lot to get nice coverage. Downside: The lotion just stinks. My boyfriend would barely touch me after I applied this lotion. So even though I had a lovely "glow" about me, I kind of smelled like expired Nair.
L'oreal Sublime Glow Daily Moisturizer Medium Skin Tones: $7.69, 8 oz CVS ON SALE
By far, my favorite tanning lotion. Smells amazing! MUCH better than any other tanning lotion out there right now, for the price. It also has very subtle sparkles in it that make you look fantastic. Downside: A little more runny

Tip #1: Highlight Darker Skin
Bronzers aren't just meant for those with fair skin. If you have darker skin, pick a shade two tones darker than your skin tone and use it to highlight your cheekbones. Pick a brown-based bronzer to look the most natural. Ones that are more orange-based will look cakey by the end of the day. Related: Splurge vs. Steal Bronzers
Tip #2: Make It Look Natural
Your bronzer should be a believable shade on your face, especially as you get older. That orange, faux tan look won't fool
Despite current New York temperatures that feel more autumn than spring, summer is coming (fingers crossed). Time to adjust your beauty regimen. Apropos to hair specifically, some decisions need to be made if you're going to make it through the heat and humidity unscathed. So we've turned to Manhattan-based master stylist Mark Garrison, who graciously offered up his top three tips for looking cool when things get hot.
"Keep your layers longer in the summer," Garrison advises, as short, choppy sections don't fare as well when pitted against sun, sea, and sweat-inducing barometer shifts.
Steer Clear of the Straight and Narrow
"Embrace your natural texture so you're not a victim of the 'fuzzy blow-out,' " Garrison says, suggesting that even manually adding definition and movement with a curling iron will help you battle the bulge from high-humidity levels.

Ready for your hottie moment? You've seriously got to try this.
Corrie McCrae's Bad Girl's Workout (Shine-tested!) not only gives you a smoking, sexy bod; it also works your mojo from the inside, tightening and tuning up the hidden sweet-spot. (It's really all about us, isn't it?)
Think, kegels on steroids. Think, "workout with benefits." Think, Pyrex-shattering orgasms.
McCrae, a private trainer at Finetune Pilates in Brooklyn, New York, got the idea when her regular students started nudge-nudge-wink-winking her that the "burn" they got from their Pilates sessions was heating up their love lives. Now, McCrae has taken that naughty little secret, and designed a specially wicked, womanly routine.
Oh, the Bad Girl's moves will beautify your abs, hips, and butt, all right. Meanwhile, you'll feel the pleasure from getting stronger and more flexible lovemaking muscles. (He'll notice, too.) "Kegels are fine," McCrae says, "but you tend to do them sitting in a chair concentrating on

If You're Pear-Shaped...
Pick a suit with some lift, to give you a little more oomph and curve to your shape. Your best bet on top is a push-up bra to give your breasts maximum support.
Since most pear shapes have a slightly larger bottom than top, buy your bikini bottom one size larger than you would your top. The beauty of separates is that you can mix and match, changing up your options. Related: Find the Perfect Pair of Jeans for Your Body Type
If You're Rectangle-Shape...
If you find you have larger breasts than the average beach bunny, splurge and buy a supportive top with full coverage. This will give you control over your top and a healthy shape.

Celebrity bronzing experts reveal how to apply the perfect spray tan
Still seeking self-tanning perfection? Victoria's Secret bronzing guru Meredith Baraf and St. Tropez celebrity tanning expert Fiona Locke reveal how to get a natural-looking faux glow.
Code Orange! Avoid Looking Like a CarrotRead More »from Summer Glow: Best Self-Tanner Tips
Most self-tanners contain dihydroxyacetone (DHA), a colorless sugar that interacts with the top layer of skin to darken. According to Locke, who works with Olivia Wilde, Katharine McPhee, and the cast of Dancing with the Stars, an orange tint is often due to an oversaturation of DHA-which can occur when you layer on too much product or use a self-tanner with a percentage of DHA too high for your skin type. "Some people can tolerate higher levels of DHA than others, based on their natural tone and skin pH," says Locke. "I have certain clients where I can put a tremendous amount of product on and they absorb it like a sponge and never get too dark or turn a strange color. Others, I'll
