Last night on the Late Show with David Letterman, Kate Hudson admitted that she lets herself go sometimes when it comes to watching her weight. Fortunately, she also shared her tip for getting back on track.
"I've been doing this calorie counting thing," the star - whose indie flick The Killer Inside Me hits theatres June 18 - admitted before biting into a crispy breakfast treat loaded with butter and syrup. "I actually do let myself go."
Kate's a smart girl: Turns out, dieters who wrote down what they ate and drank every day for eight weeks lost about 4 pounds, while those who didn't gained weight, reports the journal Obesity Research.
