It's that transitional time of year when stylish women are torn in two directions: practically giddy with excitement about stepping into the new fall clothes they've been coveting since the shows in February and eager to relish the last few weeks of carefree summer looks that, well, they've been wearing since they hit stores in March. It makes getting dressed in the morning as straightforward as a quadratic equation. Fortunately it's not an either-or scenario. Here, Vogue.com singles out some of spring 2012's most popular trends and offers strategies for how to refresh them with an eye toward fall.

Anybody else extremely excited about fall? I practically have to restrain myself from walking outside in autumn boots and scarves. Unfortunately, it's still too warm to do that just yet, but I can take baby steps toward going full fall by switching up my belts. It's the easiest way to transition into the Season of Serious Fashion. What's more, these belts will work way beyond October.

Our favorite summer fashion faves! Fall style guides may be starting to make an appearance, but that doesn't mean it's time to put a stop to summer shopping! Here are six warm-weather favorites that are "summer lovin," both for their fashion factor and prices: all of them are $50 and under. (You can even wear most in the fall, giving you more bang for your buck!)
1.) Minnetonka Moccasin Thunderbird II, $39.95: Summer is a great time to experiment with color, and that includes everything on your feet. We love these moccasins for that reason alone! What's more is that they're a classic style that you can easily wear with boyfriend jeans, shorts, dresses, or just to lounge around in.

Chanel Coco Noir Fragrance
Chanel is set to launch its new fragrance for women Coco Noir, to honour the memory of Gabrielle "Coco" Chanel. "For Coco Noir, I thought of Coco and of Coco Mademoiselle too, because it's also part of the history. I wanted to continue exploring an entire esthetic range of CHANEL perfumery, a range that distinguishes itself from the Florals, one that is illustrated by Bois-des-Iles and Cuir de Russie. I took it up with Coco. It's what I like to call the CHANEL Coromandel culture, what you see and feel in her apartment. The night vision of the 'Orient that starts and ends in Venice' imposed itself upon me and that is where I wanted to go." - Jacques Polge. Until then here's the first teaser.
Hello, and welcome back to Find it Fridays! My latest challenge for Shine's weekly fashion scavenger hunt came from a reader named ColleenL, who is on the hunt for an affordable wedding dress. Here is her request:
"I am looking for a mostly lace wedding dress for an outdoor coastal wedding. The theme is old fashioned and classic so no sparkles for me. I would prefer some sort of straps. I have probably tried on 30 dresses but haven't found 'the one' yet. Oh, and it would be great if it cost less than $500 since I still have a lot of wedding to fund. Thanks!"
Hi, Colleen! Thanks so much for your submission. There are so many different lace styles that fit your description, so I found a range of 10 different wedding dresses all within your budget. Please let me know if you like these choices! Readers: please weigh in on which one you think Colleen should pick for her big day! Do you have any additional tips on where she can find affordable lace wedding dresses? Let her know in the
