The New York Post's Derek "Eater" back page has created a stir on the internet.

The Post obtained several less-than-flattering photos of Yankee Captain Derek Jeter who has apparently been putting on the pounds during his rehab from ankle surgery.

The Post tracked down the New York Yankees star, who as Deadspin pointed out, was even wearing cargo shorts, in Miami yesterday. The Post explains:

"Derek Jeter was spotted at a hotel on South Beach in Miami yesterday wearing a walking boot to protect the left ankle he broke in the playoffs last season. Yet the 38-year-old Jeter also seemed to be carrying another burden - some extra weight hanging from the Yankees shortstop's normally fit frame."

A club for people who want to discuss kinky sex was approved Friday at the world-renowned Harvard College in Cambridge, Mass.

The Committee on Student Life approved 15 student organizations, including Harvard College Munch.

This group, which began meeting informally a year ago, has grown to about 30 members, according to the school's student newspaper The Crimson.

Michael, who was granted anonymity by the newspaper, started the club last October.

He told the newspaper that club recognition will provide a sense of relief for current and future members knowing they are receiving institutional support. Munch is described as a low-pressure social gathering for people involved in or interested in BDSM - bondage and discipline, dominance and submission, and sadism and masochism.

Rosa Parks was arrested that night, when after a long day of work, she refused to vacate her seat on a Montgomery bus for a white man. Parks, who died in 2005, explained that the driver ordered her to move under threat of arrest and she said:

It's now an annual rite of the holiday shopping a season --- a consumer advocacy that calls itself W.A.T.C.H issues a list of the "10 Worst Toys."

At a Boston news conference at the Franciscan Hospital for Children, the group put out its 2012 list Tuesday --- its 40th list by W.A.T.C.H.'s count --- and among the toys on this year's list are ones with small parts that are choking hazards for small children.

The group's director is James A. Swartz, who is also affiliated with the law firm Swartz & Swartz. He is a trial attorney whose practice includes cases involving product liability injuries. W.A.T.C.H. stands for World Against Toys Causing Harm.

The San Antonio Spurs were fined $250,000 on Friday for sending top players home before a nationally televised game against the Miami Heat, the National Basketball Association said on Friday.
