sunscreens It's well-established that if you're going to be out in the sun, the best way to protect yourself and your children from harmful ultraviolet radiation (in combination with limiting the time of your exposure and covering up with a long-sleeve shirt, hat and sunglasses) is to continuously apply sunscreen.
When you apply a product with SPF (Sun Protection Factor), you're protecting the skin from UVB rays, the shorter of the UV waves that can give you a sunburn. But what about UVA protection? This is where protection gets dicey. While many sunscreens are labeled "broad spectrum," which leads you to believe you're getting total coverage, the actual UVA protection may be inadequate. UVA, comprised of UVA1 and UVA2 rays, can cause skin damage, aging and cancer - with no signs whatsoever. Equally as concerning, it is believed that some ingredients commonly found in chemical sunscreens (such as oxybenzone, found in 80 percent of chemical sunscreens) break down when exposed to sunlight,

Stay with us, here. It both creates a rush of molecules and blocks their degradation-two things that boost their effects. These cause a pleasure rush in you, at least until your brain receptors get used to it. Many get addicted to this rush and seek out the drug whenever, wherever they can. You would then seek more to overcome your brain receptors getting to use to the rush. Cocaine is not the only substance that does this. And, no, we're not talking about other hard drugs. We're talking about something you've probably put into your body already today: simple sugars and their equivalent, simple or added syrups.
QUIZ: Do You Have a Healthy Relationship with Food?
Eating sugar makes you feel good by stimulating the release of serotonin and dopamine in your brain and the reduction in their degradation. But when it wears off, you crash

Healthy HeartHeart disease isn't just your mother's problem. Doctors have found artery-clogging plaque buildup in the bodies of people as young as their teens and 20s. Stare down the number-one killer of women by getting smart about fat.
SAVOR GOOD FATS
You can protect your heart by filling up on fats that boost good cholesterol, including monounsaturated fats (found in olive oil, canola oil, and nuts) and polyunsaturated fats (found in fish). Cut saturated fats (found in meat and cheese) to 7 percent of calories or less, and keep transfats (found in many baked goods and fast foods) to less than 1 percent of calories. So, for an 1800 calorie-a-day diet, you want less than 14 grams saturated fat and less than 2 grams transfats (a McDonald's Quarter Pounder with cheese has 12 grams saturated fat and 1.5 grams transfats).

One of those tips contained information about when Kate and William would possibly announce their engagement. Back in 2010, when rumors were swirling, Flattley allegedly made several calls to Middleton's private security detail to check on whether the couple were planning on hiring additional security personnel, a possible sign that a royal announcement was imminent. The Sun's former defense correspondent Virginia Wheeler reportedly paid Flattley with cash stuffed in an envelope.
And although Flattley has been jailed since March and his behavior was
