Aside from the ubiquity of "Brown Eyed Girl" on random playlists everywhere, I feel like you blue-eyed folks always get all the attention while us brownies are blandly forgotten. But science is finally giving us some love. Well, at least it's giving brown-eyed men their day in the sun.

After asking 240 people to rate photographs of 40 men and 40 women with either brown or blue eyes for trustworthiness, researchers found that brown eyes were seen as more trustworthy than blue, especially in men. This seemed kind of duh-worthy to me-blue eyes might be more attention-grabbing, but they're often described as "piercing" whereas brown are described as "warm."
