Everyone knows that relationships can lose their spark after awhile. In fact, I thought that our first year of marriage was nowhere near the hardest, simply because there were so many exciting milestones that happened in our relationship ... the first apartment, our first baby, our first joint checking account, our first house, etc. And although those were all the "typical" milestones, when I look back, I realize that there are a lot more than the usual suspects when it comes to the milestones that every couple will go through in a relationship. And maybe, just maybe, the more surprising milestones are actually more important than you may realize. We spotted supportive boyfriends, fiancées, and husbands scattered throughout the crowd at the taping of this year's Victoria's Secret Fashion Show last month, but Clayton was not yet on our radar. Thanks to his proposal, Ellingson can now join fellow affianced Angels like Behati Prinsloo and Hilary Rhoda in wedding planning. The Ace of Chalices card reversed suggests that if your heart isn't in it, then you should get off the emotional roller coaster. If your heart is in it, pour out your feelings to the one you love before it's too late. Crying over spilt milk, taking things too personally, turning your back on potential romance or commitment or drowning sorrows may be excuses for avoiding a confrontation with the stranger in the mirror. Loneliness born of fear or damaged self-esteem may lay hidden beneath a calm exterior. Learn to depend upon yourself for fulfillment, attention, interest and consideration. The satisfaction gleaned from others' approval is temporary and superficial. Work toward wholeness and happiness by being willing to expand your own expectations. Embrace the commitment and sacrifice necessary to cross your own emotional boundaries. Read More »from Astrology.Com Daily Love Tarot - Monday December 16, 2013
