As much as I love Kristin Bell and Dax Shepard (adorable!), I hope I never see a picture of their daughter. After watching the two of them go head to head with paparazzi in a debate on Access Hollywood, I have a renewed appreciation for how horrifying it is for photographers to lurk around and then swarm celebrities' kids. As the couple pointed out, their daughter didn't sign up for the celebrity life, so she should be left alone. It's unethical to invade a kid's privacy like that (though the legal ramifications are inconsistent and hard to enforce, despite the California law spearheaded by celebs like Jennifer Garner and Halle Berry). From my point of view, it's pretty simple: I'd never want someone doing that to my kid (would you?), so we shouldn't be clamoring to see pics of celeb kids. As cute as they might be.
In that video, I noticed something else, though-and that's when I really got mad.Read More »from Warning: This Video of Kristen Bell Going Head to Head with Paparazzi Will Make You Angry
