I was recently lucky enough to chat with Sex and the City 2 set decorator Lydia Marks. I've been swooning over the interiors for weeks, and I'm so anxious to head to theater this weekend to see more of the set. As you can imagine, I was very curious about Lydia's inspiration, concept, and resources for the set décor. Keep reading to get the lowdown!

Judging by the trailer, Carrie and Big's apartment décor is to die for! Can you share with us the inspirations behind the look? How did you arrive on a design concept?

Everyone at Sugar HQ is so excited, because tonight is the big premiere of Sex and the City 2. Since Yum shared some of the biggest food trends from the series, and Bella gave us a photo recap of Carrie's hair evolution, it seems only fitting that we share our favorite fitness moments from Carrie, Samantha, Miranda, and Charlotte. And while the girls might be known more for shopping, romance, and cosmos, these scenes provided a great backdrop for some classic one-liners.

Last night we attended a special screening of "Sex and the City 2," and despite a few cringe-worthy moments, there was so much to love. If you've been a fan of the series all along, you'll enjoy catching up with Carrie, Samantha, Charlotte, Miranda, and the people they hold dear. The girls have come a long way, and just as Carrie once explained, having a great relationship, a great apartment, and a great career all at once can be an extremely difficult feat. We experience some of their more painful, trying moments along with lots of lavish, carefree partying in this new film. Visually the "SATC" sequel cannot be topped, and as expected, the wardrobe never fails to disappoint.

The ladies have noticeably aged since the last movie, and certainly since the series, but gratefully, they seem somewhat enlightened about what this means for them as wives, mothers, and above all, as women. All those moments you were worried about from watching the trailer? They are in on the joke. This is why

After last night's midnight showing of Sex and The City 2, it is clear that you probably won't go see SATC for the sex advice. Go for the reunion with Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte. Go for the fashion and extravagance. Just seeing Liza Minnelli perform "Single Ladies" is well worth the price of a ticket.

But in between the shots of high heels and couture, the Sex and the City ladies offer us an abundance of sex and relationship advice, targeted squarely at those in long term relationships and struggling to keep the "sparkle" of excitement alive.




As sex educators, here are the top 7 lessons we noticed in the film:

1. Take Time Alone How much time do you take to nourish your own needs and desires? Whether you are a busy mom, overworked at your job, or both, taking time to be alone and replenish yourself is essential to a happy relationship and fabulous sex life. No matter how many demands there are on your time, taking a few moments each day to nourish your own needs will go

What are the chances Carrie could find a man who really is named Mr. Big?

Just about one in a million-1 in 992,400.

The odds are much higher a person shares her own last name, Bradshaw. Those odds are 1 in 6,787. As for Samantha Jones, the odds on her surname are an astronomical 1 in 203.2.

But remember those t-shirts, "I'm a Carrie"? The odds a woman will advertise herself as a "Samantha" are 1 in 14.29, compared to 1 in 1.27 (37%) for Carrie. The demure Charlotte is a close second with 1 in 2.94 women choosing to identify with her. Miranda? 1 in 4.55 women say they are most like her.

But what if you really are a Samantha? Those odds have been dramatically increasing, from 1 in 796.8 in 1970, right around the time the fictional Ms. Jones would have been born, to 1 in 185.7 for someone born in 2008, the year the Sex and the City movie was released.

Not so for the odds of actually being a Carrie. Those odds peaked around 1970, at 1 in 368.2, up from 1 in 1,812 in

Think about it: You really spend only a few minutes a day naked. And as a result, being au naturel doesn't feel, well, all that natural. This might explain why so few women claim to be proud of their bare bodies. In a survey I conducted for Women's Health, a measly 8 percent of 3,500 women claimed to be proud of their bodies. But I also discovered through talking with body-image experts that feeling more confident in the buff can be as easy as spending a little more time in that state (don't worry-no streaking necessary). Start with these four sensual suggestions.

1. Take a Bath

If you're like most people, you don't spend much more than 10 minutes in the shower. Bathing in the tub will help you to slow down your ablutions and give you the perfect opportunity to become better acquainted with your body all over again.
