    hey if you really want to look five years younger try this:

    1) sleep

    2) drink water

    3)exercise

    4) eat healthy food

    5) sleep

    6) water

    these actual make you look younger inside and outside your body. those makeup have to come off and you are back to looking old. by using my list, it works.

    I'm sorry but, $70 for tinted moisturizer?!

    agree on the sunscreen! add to that moisturize moisturize moisturize! shave back on the chemicals too. TONS of beauty products have TONS of chemicals in them. check out cosmeticsdatabase.com, i remember seeing it here a while back. you can enter in the stuff you use, and then it tells you all the chemicals and how bad/good your stuff is.

    I agree with Onna,if you get 8 hrs. of sleep,drink 64oz. of water per day,eat the right foods, exercise daily it will help you look healther and it makes you feel better about your self.

    I like the black skin comment bc I think one of the reasons women with darker skin tones look so youthful is because they tend to stay out of sun. No tanning ladies, wear sunscreen!

    i also do agree. sleep is the first it definitely helps the skin so ,does water help your system and with food, eat at the right time always. at least 2 hrs before bedtime

    I'm 55 years old.With the stress of no job a father with alzheimers and a man I've only seen three times in 7 months(who by thw way I'm dumping this weekend)who can sleep? I spend most nights tossing and turning.
