The first lady looks good all by herself. Why do writers keep trying to compare her with previous first ladys. Wheather she dresses up or down, she has the right to have her own style, all by herself. When she dresses highfasion you say she is too highfashion. When she dresses casual you say she is too casual. Prehaps she is just trying to be herself. It's obvious that she is not like everybody else,: so please allow her to continue to look good all by her self.

    Why are some people so small-minded? Cant you see Mrs.Obama is being herself and not trying to be like past first ladies. Give her some breathing space.

    Michelle is unique and gorgeous. She stands alone and neither high nor low can she be compared to any other first lady or lady for that matter. Respect her for doing her thing her way, which is in my opinion, the right way! Thank you Michelle, for shining like the "black queen" you are.

    Michelle Obama is just as bad as her husband and our so called president. Neither one of them know how to be appropriate figures of the White House, and she dresses to low fashion for high fashion events and to high fashion for low fashion events. Thats the point here people, and not whether or not she is being her self. Even if she is being her self she needs to stop, and work on representing the United States better (that includes returning to more traditional ways of dress) like the rest of our great First-Lady's.

    why is it so hard for us as americans to just accept the fact that change means "do it different" and tradition stinks. we talk about the

    generations gone by and yet have a problem with acknowledging that it was change that transpired and it shall carry on. Go Michelle!!!!!! I
