However, the little pods are somewhat bittersweet: while the perfect servings stay fresh and bacteria-free until the second you open them, they don't seem to be bio-degradable, which makes me all nervous about dolphins choking on my discarded beauty supplies. However, Dermalogica tends to be pretty savvy on the safe products, so maybe I'm just misunderstanding the very plastic-y little capsules. Regardless, you'd better believe I'm saving the cool little aluminum tin (and travel tin) that houses the capsules, and reusing them to stow earrings and whatnot. Despite the vague sense of eco-guilt, I'm hooked and will just focus on the pretty instead.
