Stila The Complete Day to Night Look Palette. Once you get over the fun hologram on the lid (it's a Stila girl whose look changes from day to night), open it up, press the button, and listen to the how-tos for applying the eye, lip, and cheek colors inside. $40.
Fresh Imperial Bedroom Face Palette. The pearl and gold cream eye shadows are shiny but not glittery, the opalescent black liner is great for smudging, and the highlighter and ruby lip shine look very romantic, in a Keira Knightley sort of way. $55 (Apply these producte with these high-quality yet inexpensive makeup brushes.)
Iman Face Côte d'Azur Kit Palette. This creamy St. Tropez bronzer gives skin a healthy-looking, warm vibe, and it even looks natural on pasty gals like me. It's in this slim compact, along with lipsticks, glosses, blushes, and eye shadow. $19.99.
These treats are cost-efficient, too. Imagine buying all of those products individually in one go. Oy.
