Gossip Girl-Inspired Fashions

The hit show Gossip Girl has inspired a style all its own. While the lives of privileged Manhattan high schoolers—played by stars Blake Lively, Leighton Meester, Taylor Momsen, and Jessica Szohr—is the focus of the show, just like another popular show set in New York City (Sex and the City, anyone?), fashion is just as important to the story as  the voice of "gossip girl"  is.

Thankfully designers like Anna Sui understand this and are making it easier than ever for fans to be able to dress like their favorite Gossip Girl character. Since stylist Eric Daman has been known to raid Alexander Wang, Zac Posen, and Vena Cava's runway collections for the show, Anna decided to create a new line for Target inspired by the series, much to the delight of fashionistas—and their wallets—everywhere.



Leighton was recently spotted on the set of the third season, which is currently filming in New York, in full character as Blair Waldorf, sporting a Burberry belted brocade dress and L.A.M.B leather clutch.
