The show's beauty teams aren't afraid to experiment, and they've created some truly divine looks that we should all be adding to our repertoire. So we can all seduce the Chuck Basses in our lives, I've put together my favorite hair and makeup from this season so far, and broken down the shades and techniques used to get them. Blair in "Reversals of Fortune"

Blair's understated gold eyeshadow and bronze-peach lip in this episode are gorgeous, and the look is easy to pull off on a lot of skin tones. Line your eyes with a dark brown eyeliner, like Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Bourbon ($17), then sweep on a gold eyeshadow from lash line to crease, like Bare Minerals Glimmer Eyeshadow in True Gold ($13), and finish off with a dark brown or brown-black mascara, depending on how dark your hair is. For the lip, start out with a warm liner like M·A·C Cremestick Liner in Summerfruit ($14.50), and finish with a metallic nude lipstick like Dianne Brill Nude Negligee Lipstick ($28).
