Apparently, people who have tattoos describe them as potato chips - you know, once you have one, you crave more. Celebrities are no different. They're tattooed on popular body parts such as the lower back, groin, ankle, inner wrist, shoulder blade and evidently the feet. Tattoos, scare me a little bit, mostly because I'm so afraid of needles, however, most of you have voted (77%) for tattoos and think they look chic.
