We all wish there was some magical way to be skinny without all the extra work. Unfortunately, that's impossible. But here's the next best thing. Mastering the art of sucking in.
I know, sucking in. It sounds like a joke and this was a waste of your time to read this. WRONG. If you do it right, it can have incredible effects.
HOW TO DO IT:
Naturally, your body thinks "I'm self conscious of my tummy, so I'll just squeeze that in." That's not the way to go. What that's going to do is make your body into some unnatural shape, and your going to feel uncomfortable.
So now, look at your stomach. There is most likely a pouch above your pants line. To tighten that, simply squeeze your buttocks. Yes. I'm serious. Not the whole thing, but just the way you would to hold in a poop. If you do it right, you should not notice on your butt that you are squeezing in, but do it over and over and you should see that pouch slowly sinking in. Basically, what your doing is tightening one muscle to leave a little wiggle room for your fat so it's not hanging out over the edge. Make sense??
Next, comes posture. You've heard it a million times that bad posture looks sloppy. Well, good posture flattens your stomach! You should stand with your shoulders back and your chest out. This stretches the stomach skin and holds everything in tightly. It also makes your bust look larger and you a more confident person.
Both of these steps are natural and perfectly good for your body. Believe it or not, the squeezing if your buttocks is good for the muscles and it helps your create a more shapely bottom*. And there's absolutely nothing wrong with good posture.
Although these are great steps and can do you wonders, make sure you understand, every body is beautiful and don't let people judge you. God made you just the way you are and you should be proud of you.
* Make sure when you squeeze in your not constipated because that could lead to further medical problems.
