MAC 205 Mascara Fan Brush

I recently got my hands on this brush through eBay, after reading about it on Kaboodle. At first glance this brush can seem a bit peculiar. It’s a tiny serrated fan brush made of synthetic fibers that you use to apply mascara with. This brush is a MAC PRO product but you can find it on ebay or any other site like that for a slightly cheaper price than the regular $17.50.

I’ve used this brush a couple times now, and while it can be a bit tedious to use, my mascara comes on clump-free! I love using it on my lower lashes, which I previously have avoided doing because with a regular mascara wand it usually looks like spider legs. But with the 205 Mascara Fan Brush, I don’t seem to have this problem. This brush is also perfect for declumping and separating your lashes post-mascara application.

Tip: Always wanted to try colored mascara but never got around to buying it? Dip the 205 Mascara Fan Brush into any eyeshadow (frosts work best) and sweep it onto your lashes while your mascara is still wet. Now you don’t have to spend extra money on colored mascara!

seems a little pricey. a toothbush will help seperate eyelashes if it is to clumpy, and seems to me and little brush will add some color to your eyelashes with just a quick sweep. Interesting product though, but dont think it is worth $17.50
