A. I have the perfect solution. The same problem used to plague me for years until Johnson & Johnson came out with the Blister Block Stick under their Band-Aid brand. This little deodorant looking stick is applied to areas of the feet that you think will create friction with your shoes, especially those darn straps. It creates a layer of protection on the skin, thus preventing blisters from forming. There are other brands available, but I’m pleased with Blister Block and enjoy its pleasant smell. This is truly one of those miracle inventions that have us women jumping up for joy. Just rub it on before your big night out on the town and your feet will thank you for it later.
