SJP got her mole removed, sooo...

Word on the street is that Sarah Jessica Parker recently got her trademark mole removed. Says This is London:

Sarah Jessica Parker's refusal to submit to the surgeon's scalpel marked her out in an industry where cosmetic surgery is the norm. But she has finally bowed to pressure to have her distinctive mole removed? The decision followed increasing criticism and downright abuse from fans who complained that they found it 'distracting'.The distinctive beauty spot was firmly in evidence in May, at the London premiere of the Sex and the City movie in Leicester Square. It was still there last month at a charity event in New York.

Apparently, she denies it, but "sources" swear she did the deed. I don't know. This photo looks to me like she could just have a lot of makeup on. And as for the mole being distracting, it's hard for me to buy it. I guess whatever floats her boat is okay though. Where do you stand on mole removal?

Well moles should only be removed if they are 3D thats gross!!! I think she would be prettier if she had it removed.

If I was her I would have had it removed long ago... It was hideous! I love her either way, but have never found her attractive in the least, so mole or no mole...Whatever floats her boat!

well, it was distracting, however, she still looks the same...she just looks softer and more feminine. I am surprised it took her this long to remove it.

you peple are crazy. i liked the mole, there was even an episode of satc referencing it. cookie-cutter people are so not pretty. society is pressuring people to be "perfect", and most will never live up to those standards (God knows i don't). my 10 year old niece (who is actually under weight by several pounds) constantly talks about being scared she'll get fat. oh and by the way women were not meant to be skin and bones, if you don't have enough fat then you stop mestrating, i think that is god's way of saying EAT SOMETHING
