Some examples of work I am doing...Freestanding Lace.

I bought these designs from other sites, but I love them so much! This is the most satisfying thing I have ever done! I feel like I could do this forever. Creating things that are beautiful, and that people like, and would like to have is fun. The top picture is a little girl's pinafore I am making, along with a dress (not made yet) that I will be selling on ebay, or maybe etsy. I haven't decided which one yet. The dress will be a child's size 5.

The bottom picture is a freestanding lace bowl, and doily I made, using the continuous lace method, where the pieces are joined in the hoop, while sewing them out, so there are no seams. It is called Belgian Lace. I have many more designs I plan on sewing out and posting pictures of! I hope you enjoy these beautiful things!
