Spinlash Gives You Record-Setting Lashes If It Doesn’t Poke Your Eye Out First
Metal lash combs, beware – there’s a new tool in town.
It’s called
Spinlash, and it looks absolutely terrifying. A spinning mascara wand? Would I poke my eye out?
But the product is foolproof ... and ingenious. It's similar to the
wand that comes with my all-time favorite mascara, Cover Girl Lash Blast.
The two buttons on the outside of the wand control the motion – you can
spin it clockwise or counterclockwise. (I trade off for each eye, so it's
easier to control the mascara application.) As it spins
through the lashes, it does a great job separating them, making them look
longer and ridding them of clumps better than any other lash comb I've
tried.
The Spinlash wand can be used with either the mascara
that’s included in the package or with one you already own. My method
is to swipe on a coat of my beloved Cover Girl Lash Blast with its
normal brush, and then go over it with a coat of Spinlash for added
separating and lengthening. Use this method and you’ll be batting your eyes at
everyone you know. Trust me on this. Order your own (available in
brownish black and black for $14.95) on the Spinlash website.
Would you use a motorized mascara wand? Take the poll
here and let us know.

Bought it.
It's not that scary... it spins verrryyy slowly. No one's going to poke their eyes out or rip their lashes out with it.
It's kind of a ripoff. I liked the mascara it came with. And yes, it did kind of separate my lashes. But I got almost the same effect running the brush through my lashes without turning the motor on. Maybe I just have naturally "separated" eyelashes. Who knows? It just wasn't that noticeable to me.
Basically, it's a nice brush and decent mascara for 15 bucks. But what sucks is that the battery in the wand is irreplaceable. Once the battery wears out, you can't pop in a new battery, you have to throw out the whole thing and get a new one. Is that fifteen bucks I'm going to spend over again? Definitely not.

I have it and I adore it. I've never gotten completely clump-free lashes before this product.

I LET MY DAUGHTER PURCHASE ONE AND WE THOUGHT IT WAS COOL AS IT SAID
BATTERY OPERATED, MUST BE FINE PRINT BECAUSE WE CAN'T REPLACE THE BATTERY. WHAT A RIP OFF, I BET SOMEONE WILL SUE THEM FOR FALSE REPRESENTATION AND THEY DESERVE IT.
