  I don't like old tattoos on people.. they're all faded and look grotesque. And when very young people get tattoos, those tattoos look all stretched out as they grow older. I also don't like A. Jolie's tattoos.. all that black ink is just too harsh. it just depends on the tattoo and on the person.

  Mustang, where are you getting it? Yes, I love the colors especailly against a good deep tan.

  My Hubby thinks that nothing is more sexy then a woman with tattoos.

  Springtime, I agree you need color, I am against just black or one color. You have to get them touched up as you get older to keep looking good.

  I will probably get several more myself.

  Not a fan. Again, it;s cute when you are young but then as you get older I think it can look bad. I am all for people getting tatoo's that mean something. An elderly family member of mine lost her grand-daughter suddenly and they were very close and she got a tatoo to remember the grand-daughter. I though it was very sweet and done very well.

  So I guess I'm just not a fan of the random/excessive/meaningless tatoo's.

  tats on a man if not to many ....very sexy.But i find tattoos only look good on females if they are almost in hidden places such as the hip, lower back, butt, or even rib cage

  i have two on my back: one is a little red and black ladybug (for good luck) and the other is latin script across my extreme lower back - it says "in imo animo stat pulchritudo", which means "beauty lies in the depths of one's soul". i battled an eating disorder for years and am now in recovery, so that tattoo means the world to me. even when i'm old and the tat is stretched-out, it will still always remind me of how strong of a woman i am :)
