I’ve always been so anti any Tory Burch shoes…I didn’t
understand why a pair of ballerina flats cost $200, but I gave in
the other day when I saw my friend wearing such a cute pair!! I
judged a little, thinking… “I can’t believe she paid $200 for
those,” but when I said, “Your shoes are so cute” her response was
shocking – “I got them on Ebay…$65.” I have never bought anything
on Ebay before, I’ve always been very skeptical, but if my friend
trusts it; why not give it a try (I’m so easily persuaded)?
Obviously I ran straight to the computer when I got home and did
some research…problem was I didn’t know my size…so I went to
Bloomingdales and tried them on, knowing very well I
wasn’t leaving with the shoes in my hand, I had another plan in
mind (sales guy wasn’t too happy about that)! When I put them
on my feet they were SOOO comfortable…nowwww I know what all the
hype is about! I got home fully prepared to get this party started
and I’m currently in a bidding war on Ebay for 2 pairs, a black and
a white. Cross your fingers for me!! And go do some
shopping of your own!
Note of caution: Make sure you check out the seller’s feedback
responses…make sure you’re not about to get ripped off.
