My weekend is not going exactly as planned. I'm supposed to be in Chicago for the annual Art Chicago fair, where I'd be surrounded by a very different kind of beauty. I hoped to be blogging about some fantastic painting or photograph that I stumbled across, couldn't live without, and could miraculously afford. But that's not where I am. Due to a thunderstorm in Chicago that coincided perfectly with my outbound flight, I spent the weekend lolling around my apartment with too much time on my hands. My new goal for the weekend: to not to pick at my arm bumps. I find myself with a case of keratosis pilaris, plugged up hair follicles, on my left arm. I need to get my hands on some DERMAdoctor KP Duty , a much-praised exfoliant from the lovely and talented Dr. Audrey Kunin. But why aren't the bumps on my right arm, too? It's a medical mystery worthy of House.
