You Shop and Breast Cancer Research Saves Lives: Rue La La and BCRF team up for two days only!

Fact: One in eight women will develop breast cancer sometime in their lives.

With an alarming statistic like that, everyone is doing what they can to support research and spread awareness of a cancer can affect anyone.  From offering specialty products to inviting all those affected by Breast Cancer to share their stories in unique ways, companies are offering ways for us to show our support in the spirit of Breast Cancer Awareness.  Another company that’s joining the BCA movement is Rue La La.

The invitation-only shopping website is teaming up with The Breast Cancer Research Foundation to offer an exclusive boutique.  Starting at 11:00 a.m. this Tuesday, October 20, 2009, this boutique will offer more than 20 items from the hottest brands, such as Magaschoni, Juicy Couture, Betsy Johnson, and La Perla.   Don’t worry if these names may be out of your wallet’s vocabulary because they will be on sale from 30-80% below the normal retail prices.  So while you stock up on the latest in fashion (because every girl loves a sale!), Rue La La will be donating 25% of the sale of each item to the BCRF.
