OMG! Paris Hilton actually impresses us with her rebuttal ad to McCain
We’re typically inclined to make fun of Paris for her stereotypically
ditzy comments, but we have to give props when they’re due. Last week
John McCain’s unsolicited use of the heiress in an ad condemning Barack
Obama for being a celebrity (like Paris) was the topic of much
discussion. Both Paris Hilton’s mother and grandfather voiced their
disgruntled opinions, despite the fact that McCain is a candidate they
both support and have contributed money to. Paris herself made no
comment… until now.
In her rebuttal ad, Ms. Hilton suggests a national
energy plan and compares McCain, “that wrinkly white-haired guy,” to
Colonel Sanders, Yoda and the zombie who hosts Tales from the Crypt. Sure, the script was probably written for her, but for once we’re laughing with Paris, not at her.
Check her rebuttal
here. What do you think of Paris’ comeback? [

I know that it was written for her but I was so impressed with her. Her rebuttal was by far one of the most intelligent so far. SAD

Hello! Am I on glue, or does Paris Hilton have nothing...And I mean nothing, to do with who is president of the United States. Good thing Britney is to drunk to make a stupid rebutal ad.
And... If Paris Hilton can solve the energy crisis...lol.. Hello!

Paris's parents should request a refund, since McCain feel the need to make fun of their daughter to get a lame ass point across to the American public. Obama ROcks!!! McCain SuCks!!!

Impressed? HARDLY. I'm SICK of celebrities who have the IQ of a turnip trying to influence politics in this country. Quite frankly, I know it was written for her, but I found her referring to McCain as "the wrinkly, white haired guy" and the other asinine referrals she used made her just look immature and ignorant. Here's the pulse of political intellect....and here's Paris with her finger FAR from the pulse, straight up her a--.
What really scares me is that there are people even more dimwitted who will actually listen to her and take her views on politics as their own. FRIGHTENING....

They did ask for a refund back. Talk about biting the hand that feeds you.
Smart move McCain.

That girl has a more comprehensive energy policy than McCain or Obama. Obama takes second, and McCain takes last. Drill, drill, drill, nuclear isn't the solution. A combo of drilling (limited), nuclear, solar, wind, furthering hybrid tech, and trying to conserve energy is the answer. Also, McCain isn't even worthy of her attention. I don't like a lot of the stuff Paris does, but McCain is so boring. And for those of you who think celebs have low IQ's... Some celebs have higher IQ's than ME, and my IQ is around 140. That's saying something.

I can't beleive this is getting attention. She is being praised for something she could not have possibly dreamed up herself. Devils advocate says there is obviously a difference when Tyra gets slammed for art in politics, then Paris jokes in politics. Celebs get way too many props.

I guarantee you she was paid well to use her image...trust me no one in the McCain camp is that stupid to just throw her face up on a commerical without her consent and some money paid to her. She is a no talent spolied rich girl who thrives on media coverage and spinning lies. The way her mom is turning this around and she is commenting is ridicuolous. When the media stops giving coerage to ridicuolous nonsense like this maybe we can focus on issues that really matter.
